Studio 6 Fayetteville, NC - Fort Bragg Area - Motel in Fayetteville - 3719 Bragg Blvd, USA

Let me just start by saying that these ratings on here are not true. This place is no better than a trap house or halfway house. When I arrive "after paying almost $600 for my room for a week in advance" I see their big sign that says, $299 weekly special. When I check in it's early and I'm told the room will be ready after 3 (it wasn't ready until almost 4:30 and even then it wasn't truly READY). She immediately starts handling me, telling me that my room has been given to someone else but that she has this double room that has a bed and bathroom in each room, so it's better. She also tells me she's helping me out by taking $$$ off the room. Okay sounds good. If we technically got two rooms, then I thought I was getting a good deal. So, we're waiting and as we wait, there's a party going on, a guy walking around with a gun on his hip and it seemed like everyone staying there had a pitbull. It was discouraging to say the least. We finally get our key and when we get to the room..it is TERRIBLE and smells like they used a dirty mop to graze the floor. There's sticky stuff on the dressers, the dressers are gross inside, the garbage cans have dirt a rock and cigarette ash in them. The kitchenette on one side isn't there, one bathroom doesn't have a tub, the other doesn't have a shower, one has a television , the other doesn't, one has a refrigerator and the other doesn't. It was weird to say the very least. Also, there are roaches that visit the room periodically, the sinks in the kitchenettes are open and unfinished, there's bugs in the light fixtures and we were STUCK because we're not from here and I had already paid for the week on advance. So I go and buy cleaner, mold remover, Lysol spray and wipes, raid and I clean and spray down for two hours! Everything feels like it's got bacteria on it. There's even some substance sprayed on the ceiling! I had to buy my own bathroom tissue, towels and wash clothes because I didn't trust theirs and I used towels on the bed to sleep on and my own cover over me. It wasn't until Wednesday that they came to clean the room and I made sure everything was changed because I really dont believe they had changed the bed before. The doors looked as of they'd been kicked open a few times so they weren't secure. Everyday there was the strong odor of marijuana that wafted out of other rooms. I didn't feel like I could complain because the guy walking around with the gun worked there and I didn't want any confrontation. This place is far beyond ghetto and has no business calling itself a motel or hotel. The ratings are falsified and it's definitely not for people who aren't accustomed to it. I feel like I was scammed and overcharged for a room I didn't reserve and I am very disappointed. Do NOT go to this hotel unless you're a transient or could care less about your safety and health and especially don't take children! I wouldn't wish this nightmare on my worst enemy

The Studio 6 motel in Fayetteville, N.C. we made a reservation for 2 nights beginning June 14, 2024. We arrived early (11:30am) and were told they would clean one of the first available rooms and call us when ready - check in is technically at 3. At 2:30pm, we hadn't heard anything, so we went back and were told to come back at 3. When we arrived at 3 we were told a room would "probably" not be available until 5pm. We show up at 5, they checked someone else in in front of us, we waited another 30 mins in the office being ignored until we finally asked to cancel our reservation because we had found something else online in the time we waited. Upon mentioning canceling and expressing our frustration, staff said their dryer had broken down, but that was never communicated to us, nor were expectations managed regarding delays. The staff were neglectful, unprofessional and fully unhelpful - we overheard multiple conversations about not knowing if rooms were clean, active insubordination to a manager (the only semi-helpful person), food and vape pens left on the counter. We had to rebook our 2 night stay at the Oyo nearby - who were great and got us in within 5 minutes.

My kids and I relocated for my job a month ago. The housing arrangements I had made for us fell through at the last minute leaving us homeless and with nowhere else to go. On a limited budget, and last minute needs for a place to stay until I can find another place, Jamie, Nicole, Alyssa and the other staff members where of great help to us. No, it's not the Hilton, or a Resort, but the service is great, our room was clean, and it provides my family with everything we need at an affordable price.

OMG I didnt think i would like being in this small town, I hope to return and everything and everyone is the same. I enjoyed the staff, the room, the near by food. cant wait to return again
