Studio 6 Fairfield, CA - Napa Valley - Extended stay hotel in Fairfield - 4376 Central Pl, USA

Need to clean rooms everyday ..and change the sheets and pillows ..( I brought my u v flash light to detect ) the u know what..staff was very helpful with other things we found.( maintenance) thank you guys you always was working when we started our day..

This motel has many problems: the non smoking rooms reek horribly of smoke (we change one for another that was only a little bit less nauseating); bed covers are burnt and stained; the forniture is aged and damaged. The hotel staff couldn't care less about your request; I asked for an hairdryer and they provided me a non-working one. When I return it they said they didn't have another one, that's it. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Appreciable the mattress and the cleaning service.

I'm traveling with my husband as he works as an Inspector in this area so we like to find a room at a decent price but still have great quality. The motel STUDIO 6 exceeded our expectations! The room we have has an apartment size refrigerator with a sink which is perfect. Studio 6 is under new management and is working hard to make sure everyone's stay is comfortable. The staff are very accommodating and go above and beyond to fulfill any and all requests being made. Everyday the staff have made the pool top priority with cleaning debris out. We have been here a week and STUDIO 6 is the place to stay if your looking for reasonable prices overall, cleanness, staff is great. Overall my husband and I are very pleased with our stay here and do recommend staying here.

The hotel is a little outdated, and the tv hdmi plug-ins don’t work properly, but it’s clean. Great location, too. I’m giving 3 stars mainly due to the younger guy that works there. From the moment I walked in I could tell he would rather be anywhere else. He mumbled and kept huffing every time I asked for him to repeat himself. I tried joking a little, nothing. There was a mix up with my room (it was supposed to have a stovetop), and as I was asking about being switched to another room, he cut me off (which he did a LOT) and said “is there a toaster? Is there a fridge? Is there a microwave? Then you’re fine.” Wow. An older gentleman (he was awesome) got me into another room within an hour or two (cleaning). 4 days in a row I had to have my key reset, and I think the kid kept setting it for 1 day at a time bc I’d have to go right back in the afternoon, which was very frustrating. Sometimes the younger guy would be on his personal cell and wouldn’t stop the conversation to say anything to me (when I said hi or thank you). What really angers me, though, is that an hour into my drive back home, I realized I forgot baby photos of my recently-deceased husband on the side of the fridge. I called immediately and was asked by the older gentleman to call back in half an hour so he could follow up. Due to traffic, I couldn’t call until the early evening. The younger guy just said to call back in the morning and hung up. So I called back after work, and the younger guy was on again. The connection was bad, he hung up. Called back, connection was still bad, I started asking him if he could call me instead (hoping it would be easier), and he hung up on me again. I called back 8 times in a row, and he wouldn’t answer. I went down to my car, got my work phone, and he answered. I said I was calling back again about the photos I had left, and he just said “no ma’am”…no ma’am what??? Then he told me to call in the morning. I asked why he kept pushing it off on other people and is there no way he could take a moment and at least try to help me? Nope, call in the morning for the manager. Asked if I could leave a message and have the mgr call me. Took me 5 times to give my number due to interrupting. Never got a call. Called back myself, no photos were found. I know for a fact I left them. There’s no “I think I left them” or “maybe I misplaced them”, I know I left them. I have a distinct memory of having my hands full leaving the kitchen, seeing it, telling myself not to forget it, and walking right out. Which tells me housekeeping must have just tossed them and then lied about it. Those are photos I will struggle to track down copies of and replace. My fault for rushing, but I’m so angry, crushed, and disappointed.

This Studio 6/ Motel 6 is by far the best. We drive an hour out of our way to stay here. Pablo in the office is wonderful he is always so helpful and always makes us feel welcome. The Studio 6 rooms have kitchens and are very clean. We have dogs and cats that travel with us so it fits our budget with no pet deposits.

Pablo in the front office is welcoming! They are trying to keep up with the times and have slightly remodeled. The rooms are decent for the price.

My stay has been excellent Pablo the new manager and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing. Pablo works his butt off and even with the hours he must spend here he is such a pleasant person with a very positive attitude. Thank you guys so much for the opportunity to stay at motel 6/studio 6 my little family appreciates all you guys have done and continue to do for us! Stay AWESOME this place was in DIRE NEED of STAFF AS POSITIVE AS YOU ALL ARE NOW!! Thank You guys for completely turning this place around. Keep up the good work!

Worst motel stay ever! Rooms are disgusting. Walls and ceiling are filthy. Stains on sheets and pillow. Walls are paper thin and so much outside noise it doesn't sound like the door is even closed. When the person in the room behind us turned on the shower, in caused a horrible vibration and noise in the pipes. The furniture is in poor condition and the room was full of flies when we entered . Was supposed to stay two nights, but ended up canceling the second and will have to stay elsewhere. For $120 a night I have stayed in places that I would now consider luxury compared to this.
