Studio 6 Bakersfield, CA - South - Extended stay hotel in Bakersfield - 2514 White Ln, USA

Very clean even shower head was new , AC and Refrigerator are working good and room was big , no bed bugs. There are homeless people everywhere, but there are parking lots and aisles that only room users can enter. Also, this place felt less dangerous because the lights were turned on even at dawn. It's nice that the staff here is kind. It will provide a good environment for long-distance drivers. It's affordable price ;)

Currently staying with my wife… Construction is heaving due to remodeling. Concrete dust everywhere you walk so your clean room won’t be clean once you walk in, also a health code violation. The room isn’t even finished, you have a piece of plywood as the counter which needs to be finished before renting the room. The bathtub drain didn’t work. Fire alarm kept chirping, walk way on second floor has cracks and flexes when walking over it. You have about 6 heavy drinkers who are the ones remodeling this motel posted up all night drinking looking like creeps. My wife went down to complain and they tried to say she switched rooms earlier which wasn’t the case. Also have a communication barrier which is annoying. You need to learn our language if you’re running a business here. Sorry not sorry. When the motel people came to the room to check they looked upset. Probably because a woman who came with her son was disgusted when they got to their room they declined staying there and wanted a refund. This place needs new management and real construction workers who know what they’re doing. Tile cuts are trash and grouting is sloppy. I wouldn’t stay here! You can stay at another motel for same price with the place ready to go. And for the women watch your towels. Other peoples hair embedded in it. Lol

Not what you expect from the pictures they show online. Service was okay, the people were indeed nice. Location is horrible, full of homeless, and random people walking around at night. AC did not work as expects it felt like the cool on a fan was on not an AC. unit. For a night it’s reasonable and manageable.

They're completely remodeling this Motel 6, so the rooms actual look really nice! The staff is great, and the owner even stopped us to make sure we had a pleasant experience. The parking lot is gated so it feels safer, since it's not in the best area. If the price stays the same, I'll definitely stay here again, in the future.

Excellent service best comfortable hotel room that I’ve ever slept in so refreshing the AC was on point! The cleaning ladies were so sweet and very helpful the next morning before leaving my room she made sure that I had clean towels and toilet paper in my room. Thank you so much, Gloria you’re the best.

I was really surprised, and taken back, by how big the room was. Also because it was very very clean, not one spec of dirt or trash on the floor. So great job maids. To top it off, the room was newly updated . I will definitely be coming back again an again. It's now my 1st choice.

Its a little creepy with spiked fences. The room is nice, someone stole to toilet paper holder, and the table seemed to be glued to the ground. Stayed up most of the night bc of some people who wouldn't stop talking right outside our door.

I had reserve the room under my name and it was reserved for two adults. When I got there I purchased the room got back into my car drove my fiancee to the room and drop her off because I had an emergency at work and didn't get to see her inside. Where I work there is no cell service and when I'm driving my phone is put on do not disturb. It took me about 2 hours at work and then when I got back to the motel my fiance was sitting outside in the 105° heat. She then stated to me that when she entered the room there were already people in the room and since the room was in my name and not hers there was nothing she could do but sit there and wait for me to return. After arguing with the front desk guy he stated that the manager would be there in 20 minutes when the manager was there the whole time and they were sitting there peeking around the corner at me. They made me wait for like 45 minutes before they actually came out to speak with me. After about another 30 minutes I was able to finally get my money back. I will never stay there again.
