One of the most disgusting, and filthy places I have been in. The smell of feeces when you walk in the door is over powering. Trash bags and loose trash is piled at the entry ways. The people you have to get through hanging out at the entryways appear to be incredibly shady and along with all the homeless you want to be alert and aware when entering the building. The surrounding neighborhood is more of the same and is not safe in any way. The entire area should be condemned and all buildings burned to the ground. If it were possable to give this property a rating of zero I would do so.
I was fortunate to have a nice lady at the front desk, upon my arrival she said I did not have a reservation, I politely showed her my confirmation for a nonsmoking queen room with double beds, she did not have a double bed room, she was able to “upgrade me” to a better room, the room was almost 90 degrees inside and after an hour was well up into the upper 80s still yet, the place smells of cigarette smoke and burn marks everywhere, I booked a non-smoking room. The room was supposed to be clean but it isn’t very clean at all. If this was the “upgrade” I wouldn’t like to see the other rooms. I don’t like leaving reviews but I hope I get some sleep tonight because my band is playing at an awareness event tomorrow.
If you can afford something more, skip this dive. Rooms smell, boards on stairs/decks are old and loose. This ‘extended stay’ version of Motel 6 does a good job of providing affordable housing to many. Staff is amazing and a pleasure to work with. I felt they were accommodating when I needed to change rooms due to asthma and irritants in the first room I went into.
If you need a place to stay it's decent. Nice to have a hotel with full kitchen. They do have a $100 dollar deposit that they say is refundable. I stayed a month with three kids because we are homeless and trying to relocate. When we checked out they went in the room to check it. They picked at the smallest thing and refused to give us the money back. Photos of how the room looked when I checked out
Do not stay here. There were bugs in the bathroom. Cigarette burns all over the comforter. The couch was so gross that we not only did not sit on it, we were scared to touch it with our bags or anything. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, and I slipped and fell because there was a water leak coming from the closet next to the bathroom. The tv would not connect to the internet. The phone didn’t work to call the office. And they made us pay a $150 cash deposit, which I’ve never heard of. Then we couldn’t get our deposit back until after we checked out and they went to check the room. Which requires you to sit around and wait long after you are ready to leave. I don’t know what they are looking for in the room but I don’t think we could have done anything to make it worse. The lady at the desk was very friendly. I hope she finds a different job because she doesn’t deserve to work at this place. It’s horrible in all ways. And the worst part is that our room wasn’t even cheap. It was $150 for one night. I told my husband he is never picking our room again lol.
So I booked a stay here without reading the reviews. I read them as i was on the way here and it was too late to cancel. I will admit i was nervous after reading the reviews i found here. Although, everything completely changed once we arrived. The office staff was extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable! They upgraded us to a two bed two bath apartment, but charged us the same price as the room we had originally reservered. I can say though that the only reason i knew we would need a $100 CASH ONLY deposit up front is because of reading the other reviews, but we had no problem paying that i just was not informed of this prior to arrival by the staff. Our little apartment was so nice and comfortable (especially considering the price at $49/night) , we did not run out of hot water either. I would recommend this hotel to someone needing a place to stay in Tulsa.
If you have no place to go, then this is your place. We had a horrible experience going into the room. There was a foreign smell of cat particulars and I did find some blood on the walls. Someone must have been angry due to the amount of holes in the walls. I have to say the staff was very accommodating and made sure to help us when we didn’t want to stay there.
Did not include the kitchenware like plates, cookware and utensils as was posted in the online description. Their pool was green with algae.. looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Staff was very accommodating and friendly or I wouldn't have given it 3 stars.
Josh is the best. A true student of his craft he implements knowledge and expertise to get the best possible results for athletes. And he is pushes them to always go above and beyond. I definitely recommend Next Level, especially for young athletes

Lauren and her team at pure barre were AMAZING! They were asking which sign language is for which workout and that made my heart and experience so happy and motivated to come workout more! Thank you so much for tucking and squeezing away with me! â¤
