Liked everything about the store. Food was very good, tasty, and fulfilling. Service was nice, clean restaurant, clean food. Tried Hell Ramen Level 1- and Tonkotsu Ramen - Clamp and pork. Loved the Tonkotsu would try again. Personally this would be the closest store to Purdue University that I would go to if I am hungry.
Strings was a great time! I had the Tonkotsu pork belly ramen, chicken dumplings, and spring rolls. All of the food was delicious and served hot. Erin and Brian both went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Wonderful service. Tasty food. We will be back.

Nice ramen place. Walked in for lunch, many seats available. Only noticed 1 staff there, need to be a little patient, but not too bad. Ramen is great, fits my need. Seaweed salad is nice also, a little too cold though. Price is much cheaper compared to big city.
This ramen chain serves up some consistently tasty ramen dishes. They have a small and focused menu that is essentially just Ramen. The Tonkotsu is a pork broth ramen, while the Miso has a base just like the Miso soup you get from Japanese restaurants. The Hell Ramen is the spicy stuff. Once you get to level 4+, you'd better ready your body and mind - as this stuff is no joke (and I'm a chili head of sorts). I had the Spicy Clam and Pork ramen and the Kuro Buta Miso ramen. You can't go wrong with either. I think the ramen from Yatagarasu right down the street is a bit better, but this place is a close second.
