Stringers Tavern & Oyster Bar - Restaurant in Stuart - 3754 SE Ocean Blvd Sewalls Point, USA

We were quickly seated in a large quiet area. The wait staff was very attentive and got everything right. My Oysters Rockefeller were delicious, tender and juicy. My lobster grilled cheese was bulging with lobster and Gruyère and the thick sliced bread was grilled to crispy perfection with just right seasonings. My sandwich was huge so I brought some home and my husband is ready to go back for more. This restaurant has excellent food and service in a spotless, large but not loud environment. We will soon be back.

Service was great. Our server Andrew was very knowledgeable about the entire menu and really cared. The calamari appetizer was especially delicious. Both our steaks were to die for, so good! Lovely atmosphere; would definitely dine here again.

Came for an early dinner/happy hour buck a shuck with the family and it was great. Our server, Al (or Alan?), was amazing - handled some of our indecisiveness with patience, friendly to the baby (even brought her out a sippy cup!), and very fast to bring our special requests (extra lemons and horseradish for the oysters). The host sat us near the back which had no other diners near us and plenty of space for a high chair (read: perfect spot for a family trying to dine out with a baby). We got 2 dozen oysters for the table - no complaints there. For appetizer, I shared a she crab bisque. When it was served, Al said “tell me when” - honestly thought it was olive oil but we said stop pretty quickly and Al kept on going for a bit after. We soon realized after the first spoonful that it was NOT olive oil but sherry wine. I think if it was more like a splash of sherry it would have been perfect but it just felt like eating a boozy bisque at that point. For uncultured diners like myself, I would love to be told what is going to be added. For mains, I ordered a ordered kale & Napa salad with the catch of the day (salmon). I asked to go light on the dressing and it was perfect. Hubby got the Stringer burger cooked medium rare which was also delish. I realized for both dishes, it was very shiitake mushroom forward…but that’s just a personal preference of mine (don’t like the texture/flavor) - hubby gladly ate the ones I poked around to the side. Of course we barely had any room left for dessert, but are you really in Florida if you don’t order key lime pie? No regrets - the slice was zingy with zest, perfectly sweet, and gone in seconds. Will be back soon and looking forward to trying out their new menu!

Our server Alyna, was awesome. Her recommendations were spot on and we enjoyed our meals. The portions are large and very tasty. We will definitely return.

Had Sue as our server and she is phenomenal! She read our vibes and fed off them, gave her honest opinion about what she thought we would like or not like on the menu. And she was spot on! I had the seared ahi and he had the bow to stern. Both were delicious! We also had oysters Rockefeller as an app and it was killer! The manager, Caleb, came over and introduced himself and he’s great as well. Definitely will be back!

The decor and design are exceptional and quite unmatched. The ambiance is very nice. Even the outside dining has its own welcome and flare. The food everyone had smelled great. My chicken Caesar salad was tasty, but too roughly chopped (whole leaf with holes&tears) and the chicken was too little for a chicken Caesar salad. I'd choose something else.

You’re right yeah I’m just on the first time I have come to this restaurant with my mother and my son the atmosphere is a bow five star our waitress was 10 stars in the food was 10 stars. It is a highly recommended if you just want a place to go relax with your family. Have a good food, happy hours are really good. Time to go look at this place and check it out point Florida.

Ate at the bar on a Sunday afternoon. Warm but fans help keep air circulated. Drinks are cold, service great, food delicious. Great menu, nice happy hour prices. Our bartender Debbie was fantastic and attentive.
