Amazing coaches and atmosphere! My daughter is 5. We came to this gym for BJJ not knowing what to expect since she was so young and never been exposed to martial arts. She was welcomed with open arms and immediately took to the coaches who are so incredibly great with her. They are patient, kind and don’t get frustrated at all when she don’t understand something right away. The owner, Logan, has a great vibe as well and is a very genuine, good guy. We are very impressed and 10/10 recommend!
I dropped in from out of town and was warmly welcomed. Logan did a great job communicating classes and giving instruction. The teaching was on point. They have a great laid back environment that makes it easy for new people. My son noticed it was one of the cleanest smelling places we’ve ever visited. Ha. I would definitely return and recommend!
Could not contact anyone so I came in before training one day hopefully to meet someone. No instructor was there however it was full of students. Still cannot get a reply from email to this day. Would very much like to learn MT from here.
Great gym. Lots of the folks in there are super welcoming and always happy to help. It’s an encouraging environment, beginner and advanced friendly. Great mix of every belt level, so you have people who are your peers and people who can challenge you. Coach Logan is great, always supportive and available. Highly recommend for any training needs.
Logan is awesome! He brings high energy and excitement to the mat and really gets into a lesson. He was a guest instructor at our home gym and it was amazing! If he’s this good as a guest, he can only be better on his home turf.
I love this place everyone is respectful and makes you feel comfortable! The coach is an amazing person and welcomes everyone that comes through the door. Everyone is so helpful and nice!! This place definitely makes you feel comfortable even if your just coming in. No one judges here they only help and make your day a lot better! If your looking for discipline and a safe and respectable environment this is definitely the place!
Fun, light hearted environment, coach keeps it hot in there which can only help build character, right? There are so many gyms to chose from I was overwhelmed, I chose Strike based on proximity to my house alone… it turned out to be a great gym. I appreciate coach Cunningham and all of the people I train with more than I can really convey here. I couldn’t be happier with my choice.
My son started attending Strike last week. I was hesitant about putting a 12 year old in an adult class but trusted the studio knew that hat they were doing. They were absolutely right! Logan the owner is wonderful and so is everyone who attends the classes. The guys are SO GOOD with my son. I can’t recommend this place enough. My son loves it so much he wants to go every day.
