My son started going to strike boxing after we attended their Halloween party last year. They were nice and welcoming without even knowing us. He was a little anxious after having some previous bad experiences with team sports but his coaches at Strike Boxing are amazing and always treat him with kindness and respect. He looks forward to the class every week and he is always practising the moves at home after the class. They know how to keep the kids motivated and the classes are always different and fun and every kid is always included! I'm very grateful to have found this place and grateful for his amazing coaches!

I love this place! I got my daughter a membership for Christmas and joined her. They teach the basics and have all levels of classes and boxers. They are encouraging but push you. Love it!

I’ve genuinely enjoyed going to Strike Boxing. Their coaches are absolutely amazing at keeping the mood upbeat and enjoyable, while working you through a killer workout. Every single one has been mindful of each boxer’s abilities and has done an excellent job pushing you to your own individual next level without being extreme about it. There are no cliques, no shame, just a very welcoming, enjoyable environment with a lot of fun people.

Strike Boxing 🥊 is spectacular in every way! Amazing, inspiring Coaches in every way to help me achieve my fitness goals while having fun. I have been personal training with Coach Preston Creed for almost 3 years. He has helped me in every way to achieve what I want to accomplish in being fit and shaping my body how I want to look. Once I have achieved one level he inspires me and pushes me to the next level. I have met so many amazing people through him and made so many friends. Strike Boxing's environment is extremely positive. When I workout and take classes at the gym I am working out with friends and family! The boxing classes are challenging, motivating and a blast! I live an hour away from the gym but it is worth the drive in every way. Its definitely my favorite place to box and workout.

Great coaches, owners, and stuff. I spend more time here than I do I’m watching tv which of course is a great thing. I love the progress and results I have had since starting here and enjoying the morning classes while also taking advantage of their great persona training and extra workout events.

I have been going to Strike for about a month and half now. I LOVE it there!!! I am easily bored with a regular gym and the repetitive classes they offer. Strike has been keeping it fresh and challenging for me. Each coach has a different way of motivating me to push through the pain!!! Now my husband has joined with me and 2 of my girls are in the kids class. They are ALWAYS excited to go to boxing! Preston and Suzanne are awesome with the little kids. Strike is the only gym for me⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars all day!

I was always nervous about going into a gym but wanted to try boxing. Fell in love with boxing and the gym from the first class. Every coach is fantastic. They make me feel comfortable enough to ask for pointers. I've lost over 30 lbs since starting in Sept and gained confidence, muscle, and so many friends. Love my Strike fam!
