StretchLab - Fitness center in Winter Park - 200 N Orlando Ave #104, USA

I went to the Winter Park location today to redeem a gift card that my daughter gave me for Christmas. The person at the front desk said that they needed to build a profile on me before I could redeem my paid for session, the profile included having a credit card on file. Because my credit card has been “hatched” so many times I said that I would prefer not to have a credit card on file until I decided to sign up for additional treatments. The lady at the front desk said that they had to have a credit card for situation like; what if I left with a pair of socks that I didn’t pay for… seriously!? I asked to speak to a manager and was able to speak to the regional manager. Her reasoning was, what if I came back and got another treatment and left without paying for it. To which I replied, if I sign up for additional treatments, I will put a card on file. I simply don’t want my card on file at a place that I didn’t do business with, seemed reasonable to me… She said it was their policy and if I wouldn’t give them a card to put on file, they would refund my daughter’s money. I understand why they want a profile on potential new customers and why they would like to have a credit card on file before someone is a customer but I don’t understand why they would turn customers away from a pre-paid treatment. The policy may be a corporate decision or it maybe a franchise decision but, in a world where customer service is slipping so badly this is an example of “the customer service race to the bottom

I visited the Winter Park, FL StretchLab on 14.8. I arrived early for my 50-minute session at 1330. I was greeted warmly by the Manager and informed my Flexologist would be with me shortly. The studio was clean, well maintained and thoughtfully designed/decorated. While waiting, I used the bathroom and it was super clean. My Flexologist, Madalyn, was ready to start right at 1330. She explained the objectives for the session and made me feel very comfortable as we got started. I thought Madalyn was excellent. She was professional, thorough, effective, and efficient ... along with being an outstanding people person with a high EQ. She sought feedback from me regularly throughout the session. Madalyn also provided me with a series of suggestions and recommendations that will help me during future gym workouts. The 50 minutes passed very quickly and I felt much better after all the guided stretching. I would unhesitatingly recommend StretchLab WP in general and Madalyn in particular.. Before leaving I booked my next session ... being sure it was with Madalyn!

Christian was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel comfortable during your stretch. I am so glad I went and looking forward to my upcoming stretches. Highly recommend this place to anyone who has a physical job, works out, or just needs help with flexibility.

Rob is the best!!! Stretch therapy has changed my life for the better. I will always include this therapy in my health journey. I started with a frozen shoulder and other issues. Now I have incredible flexibility, mobility and zero pain. Rob specifically is a miracle worker but everyone there has their own talents. I cannot recommend Stretch Lab more.

Had a great, first-time session with Joshua! He was informative and knowledgeable. I loved it and I will definitely be back! My tight muscles from drop foot and walking with a cane keep me stiff but Joshua was able to loosen my muscles with no problem.😎 Bailey, my first point of contact, was also a welcome addition with SMILES and laughs. 🙏♥️🙏

StretchLab has been an amazing addition to my weekly self-care. I can truly say it has enhanced my flexibility and lowered my stress! My trainer Rob is absolutely the best! His knowledge and professionalism should be appreciated and commended by your company.

This is a great place to get help with mobility and pain relief. Suzanne was very professional and knew what stretches would help me. However be very careful with the fine print of their contracts! I found out the hard way that the sessions you paid for don’t roll over to the next month and on top of that they require a 31 day’s notice to end the contract. It started off great but didn’t end well ☹️

It was my first assisted stretch. I have spent years in pain and 1000s of dollars on chiropractors and supplements. Half way through my 50 min stretch I was already feeling relief in my problem areas. The day after my muscles were slightly tender, but that’s to be expected after the intense stretch I needed. After an alignment at the chiropractor by the next day I start feeling “off” again. Thanks to Stretch Lab I still have the mobility and relief I received from my service.
