I love StretchLab! Started going about two months ago regularly. I go once a week and it really helps my movement throughout the week. Pain in my feet has gotten considerably better along with range of motion. Ashley does a great job working out all my kinks.
StretchLab Flower Mound location has treated me exceptionally well. The customer service and definitely the flexologist have been to notch. I used to go to another stretch location and this one in Flower Mound is far better in many ways. Not to mention, it’s only 4 minutes from my house. The staff have all been great and I feel so much better after getting my stretch sessions now. I’m am in my 50’s so I have to try and keep limber any way I can. Give it a try, you won’t be sorry!
First timer. I haven’t been injured, just needed help getting my lower back, hips, and shoulders to quit aching from sitting and side-sleeping too much. I do yoga regularly but hit a plateau and haven’t been able to improve my form or relieve the tightness in these areas so decided to try some assisted stretching. WOW! Kirsten was personable and knowledgeable. I felt an immediate difference in my troubled areas. I’ve tried getting regular massage and have never had this kind of relief. It felt like my hips were “breathing” for the first time. I’m a believer and will be going back regularly for these adjustments.
I love going to Stretchlabs, wished I had started sooner. Kirsten does a great job with the treatment plan for me to increase flexibility and limit joint pain! I highly recommend trying it out!
I cannot rave enough about stretch lab. It is far more than most of us could stretch ourselves. Much more helpful to my body than massage. Don’t get me wrong massage is great but Stretchlab does wonders for your soft tissues that will last far longer than a massage. You have to try it!
I started going about a year ago. I have always been muscular but not terribly flexible. My muscles were so tight that massage barely seemed to help. I had been seeing someone for myofascial release but Stretch Lab is better. When I started I could barely reach past my knees and now I can touch the floor. IT IS NOT EASY PEASY. I do not like to stretch! But it’s not too bad and you’ll feel amazing after! I was so relaxed but wildly sleepy for the first little bit. My spouse is super flexible and loves Stretch Lab too. I have brought all my friends and family. They all love it. I was the only one that was very sleepy after but maybe keep an hour or two open after the first time just to relax, enjoy, and nap if you need.
Everyone is highly trained and educated in things like kinesiology. Everyone I’ve met there are far more trained than personal trainers and have grad degrees in this topic.
**They are trained to work with athletes and people with back and knee problems. (Not limited to just those issues)**
Stretching is one of the things that doctors say help the longevity of our backs and hips. People go there for so many reasons. There are small kids going for cheer and gymnastics, people with autoimmune issues that make them sore and tight, and everyone that just wants more flexibility and less tight muscles. Go check it out. You’ll be glad you did!
My recent visit to StretchLab left me feeling better than after any full body massage I have ever had. It was not easy as my amazing bubbly very strong "stretchmaster", Kirsten, pushed me to my stretch limits, but the end results literally had me feeling 10 years younger. I went over to LifeTime Fitness and swam 1500 meters faster than I have in months. I will be back.
I always have a great experience at the Flower Mound StretchLab, no matter who I have as my flexologist! Recently, Tija, Taj, and Sandi have given me some really great stretches, helping my back, hip, and shoulder. Highly recommend!
I have been going to the Stretch Lab Flower Mound location since early summer. I see Tija weekly. I have also seen Ashley on occasion. I highly recommend both of them. I have noticed an increase in flexibility since starting. As we age, flexibility is important to maintain. I started going there because I’m a runner, and my hip flexors were tight. I love going and getting them worked on.

Clint and Zack have been great! All the trainers seem fantastic but Iâve only worked with those two. They make you feel comfortable and push you without going overboard. They are also working with my kids on strength and agility to improve their

My family has been here 3 times within a 2 week span and enjoyed the experience so much. Like they are talking about becoming long time members. As for me I came to support them as they played and tried some of their delicious food. The Big Bang Chic
Some of the best Tex-Mex in the Dallas metroplex. Great service - chips and salsa delivered as youâre seated which is always a good sign. Great menu options. Legendary Mambo Taxi margarita is a must have. Great atmosphere and always busy. Make sure
We loved EVERYTHING about this restaurant!
It was so warm and cozy inside, the hospitality we received was amazing. It's clear they specialize in sushi and sashimi, but there are other things on the menu like ramen and fried rice if you're bringing a

Great location for coffee drinks! Carlos is super friendly and will help explain and find a great selection. Their drip coffee is actually made by way of a pour over. I drink black coffee and found both the house blend and Ethiopia to have a lot of f
