Awesome staff. My son thoroughly enjoys getting stretched weekly as he is growing. This says a lot. He doesn't like going anywhere except to the basketball gym/rec center. Highly recommend for the growing athletes!
I visit Stretch Lab weekly as a way to make self care a priority. The music is great, and I feel so good after each session! Will is very knowledgeable as well as super friendly and kind. I highly recommend Stretch Lab!
Very friendly and welcoming environment. I’ve gone to chiropractors and have gotten massages for years, but never got the full benefit because of severe hip tightness.
After my first session at stretch lab, i felt better than i have in at least a decade. Andrew is the real deal, and exceptionally good at what he does. i’m still in disbelief at that fact that 95% of my chronic pain has waned and that i’m able to move so well.
One thing to note: it’s not exactly the most affordable, but for me at least, the feeling of being able to use my body freely again has been worth every penny.
This was my first time. Team is very helpful and informative. Very needed stretch, I feel more relaxed, less lower back pain, I recommend stretch Lab even if you’re not in pain . Andrew explained the process and the results very helpful.
Went in for the best stretch by Carolina after a long weekend of driving 16 hours. I feel 100% better, more mobile, relaxed, and aligned. Would definitely recommend!!
Friendly staff and great experience. Kesha in reception was awesome answering my questions about various packages and services; and Taryn was absolutely wonderful with my stretches. She explained the positions and provided just the right support to make the stretches more meaningful while also being mindful of my tolerances and thresholds. Wonderful first experience! I'll definitely be back!
Will was an amazing flexologist. He was very gentle but efficient. He put me at ease and took great care in stretching me. If I didn’t live so far away I definitely would book with him often!
