DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES. I went to Strech Lab in September 2023 for a sore shoulder. I decided to give them a call as I bank in the same complex. I met with Tyler, who is wonderful! He recommended that I attend 50 min once a week for 3 months. So, I talked with the sales gal, and she told me if I sign up for 3 months, I would get 20% off my first month. So I decided to give it a try. They told me I needed to sign their contract, I was late to an appointment and just signed without reading thoroughly. My mistake. I thought I was signing up for 3 months. I made my appointments for 3 months through the last week in December. Not any longer. I also never received a copy of the contract. Once I was done, I stopped going as unfortunately it did not help my shoulder and had no other appointments. The next month, I was charged $329 and called to find out why? They told me it is a monthly subscription contract, and I had to give 30 days to cancel. I had NO idea that is what I signed up for! No one ever explained that to me. I have several monthly subscriptions, and I do understand that notice is required. I told the gal I talked to, Zuli, that I wanted to cancel in December, and she said ok. Then, in January, I got another charge for $329, and Zuli said to cancel it must be in an email, like WHAT! Why would they not tell me that when I called in December? What a way to get business, charge people when they know you want to quit. I did what I committed to, 3 months, and happily paid for those 3 months and used the service. It did not work for me, but I did enjoy the stretching, and my technician was wonderful! Pretty slimy sales tactics!!! I had planned to recommend my mother go for her back, but I just can't recommend a company that charges you for services you are not using. Monthly subscriptions like this are only to take advantage of people. Good business ethics would never be like this. You pay for services rendered. If you choose to use stretch lab, know what you are signing up for....a monthly subscription with a 30-day notice in writing to stop. You can not just tell them.

My first day experience at Stretch Lab was amazing. Ricky was really kind and offered me to start with him. He showed me the studio and did evaluation of my flexibility before Shraddha arrived. Shraddha was amazing and even continued working on my body beyond my time. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Assisted stretching was something I didn’t know anything about. But my son has been getting treated for a while and his pain went away. I gave a try and love it. Their staff is knowledgeable and passionate about helping others. All of them have different techniques and knowledge which helps me to learn about my body as well. Ricky is my go to guy and he has always been friendly, caring, and professional. I wish I had little lore flexibility in my schedule to book him more often.

Michelle is excellent. She really LISTENS to me and more than willing to set up a program tailored to meet my needs. Michelle is the best!!

Elana has helped me tremendously in improving areas of my body I could never evolve myself! She primarily focused on my personal need, and is now taking me to a completely different level! I could never imagine being able to feel so good doing stretching before! 🙌🙏♥️

When you cancel the membership with them, they will charge you extra one month. If you relocate or some reason you can't make it to the sessions, you will lose $360. Keep in mind this before you sign the contract with them. Very unfortunate and unreasonable policy they created. I would never come back to this place. It is not a good business practice.

Nathan continues to be amazing!! Great stretch and super knowledgeable. My runs are pain free and faster because of him!

Michelle at the Issaquah StretchLab is amazing. She has helped me become much more flexible and sore free after intense workouts. I highly recommend Michele for workout recovery.
