My overall health has improved significantly since I started at StretchLab. A.J. is awesome and is always cautious to not overstretch me and continuously will ask if I’m okay during my stretch.
The stretches are awesome and very helpful. I learned how to control the symptoms of restless leg syndrome and the stretching just felt so good. But this business works by auto charging your credit/debit card each month. I needed to take a break for a couple of months and was assured that I would not be charged if I put my account in freeze instead of canceling my account. What a mistake! I was still charged and Susan at the front desk is not a good listener. I tried to explain my situation and her behavior was to start talking down to me and accuse me of yelling at her when I she kept talking over me instead of letting me speak. At this point I don’t think I’ll get my money back which means I’m out $318. So if you need to take a break, save yourself the headache and just cancel your account and restart when you’re ready.
Kaiessa is very knowledgeable, takes time to explain what she’s doing and very friendly. Excellent choice for anyone needing a great experience. I signed up for 3 months after my initial session.
You should try StretchLab! I have been going for a few months now and I see Kai. She does excellent work and I always feel better when I leave. I highly recommend this place.
Kenzie is awesome. What more can I say? She knows her stuff and she's very good at what she does. ,She's made StretchLab an outstanding experience for me.
AJ was awesome! This was my first experience at stretch lab. Definitely stretched me out & I could see a difference in my workout recovery also while running. AJ is very experienced and knows how to find your sore spots. Highly recommend.
I hadn’t don’t this before but it was a unique experience. It felt like a massage and reflexology all in one. I would definitely go back if I had more stiffness. Great job flexologists! I want to say a special thanks to Keysha for doing excellent work on my sore muscles.
