I’m a 65 year old who lost most of my flexibility over the years due to my daily commute and sedentary job. I started working with Ismael at The Stretch Lab and am so happy that I did. It’s been about two months that I’ve been getting stretched and it’s amazing how much of a difference it makes. If you are like me do yourself a favor and get stretched! It will help prevent injuries, get the oxygen circulating and your energy up! Ask of Ismael!!! He’s amazing.
This was my first time. I felt circulation through my entire body. One of the best things I ever did for myself . I signed up and am now a member! Staff was great and listened to my aches to help ! Can’t wait for my next visit.
I have been a once a week member since November. It is still the best thing I’ve ever done to improve my mental health and over all body aches. I feel absolutely great when my session is over and always can’t wait for my next visit. The staff is the best . If you haven’t tried this don’t walk, run to get your stretch! You won’t regret it!
My son is 14 year old and is very shy but thanks to Esmael he loves coming to stretch lab and feels so comfortable with him. He has great conversations with my son which makes it easy for him to feel comfortable also teaches him new stretches that will help with basketball. 🏀

Ismael knew within the first 10 minutes exactly what my issue was. For years I’ve had an unclear understanding of my back pain and in less than an hour he gave me a solution and was able to pinpoint every area of pain. I’ll definitely be back
At the beginning of each session with Sarah she always ask how you are feeling so she knows what area she need to focus on. She definitely knows her stuff! I always feel so much better after a session with her.
Stretch Lab is the best gift I've given my body. I can't say enough good things about the experience and more importantly the staff. Everyone I've delt with takes the time out to listen to my needs and address my concerns.
I've already visited the studio 14 times and after every visit, I feel like my body has benefited from the experience.
If you've considered going but haven't done it yet, DO IT!!! I promise you, you won't be disappointed.

extremely fun ride! theres not an insane drop or loop, but it's just really fun! it features many different thrilling experiences, and is a long rollercoaster! 10/10 would recommend. wait time is barely that bad!

Fat burger is the best burger hands down. No matter which store I go to, the consistency is the same. No frozen meat patties, not over priced, and full of flavor. This goes for every one I've eaten at.
