Wonderful tech support and follow-up. Stress Less Tech checked out my older system and discussed options for a new system. I purchased a Mini PC with Windows 11 from them and love the tiny size PC and the extra desk space I now have. We have a small business that runs off one computer. When it started running slow we contacted Stess Less Tech Solutions. I spoke to a tech over the phone and he estimated us being without a computer for no more than 24 hours. We scheduled an appointment for the same week and were not disappointed. They were able to speed up my 8 year old computer. Their quote was right on and at a reasonable cost. I definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to call again.
I had a wonderful experience at your store in Decorah. I was looking to replace my laptop with a newer model. Your technician Travis was very helpful and knowledgeable and showed me some options. It was most important that my data be transferred to my new computer. I also needed to update Microsoft Office. Travis did all that I asked. I had a lap top that I damaged and although they were unable fix it (again my error) they were able to pull everything off the hard drive and installed it on a new computer for me. I just can't say enough good things about Stress Less!!! They did great repair work on my computer, helped when I got hacked, and I purchased a plan they have that allows me to go in with any problems and questions I have. Travis and all the others working there are extremely patient and never condescending. They are the best!!!!!!!
I had an issue with my personal computer after regular business hours but Paul did not hesitate to remotely connect to my computer and fix my issues on the spot. I was in town visiting family, ended up having an issue with my MacBook Pro. I was able to make an appointment over the phone for the same day. Once in the shop everyone was professional, and friendly. They provided me a mask since I had forgot mine. Paul and Travis helped update my IOS, and helped with some photo issues I was having. Beautiful park with a lot of shade and a section for 2-5 year olds, another section for 5-12, and plenty of hiking trails surrounding the area as well as a overlook view of Decorah. One section of the playground does have a ramp for a little more eas
One of my favorite parks in Decorah. It's high above the town, making it very quiet. The overlooks are beautiful and the trails are magical. I highly recommend visiting in the fall as well, as the leaves are just amazing.
I was here for Malanaphy Falls for the Iowa waterfall loop. This was by far my favorite of the day. The hike was nice - less than 20 minutes for me. Just so pretty and relaxing

Reasonably priced hotel in a great location. Breakfast is convenient and not bad for free. Front desk staff could be more engaging. Hotel was very clean and charming.
Hilton/Hampton Inn quality hotel here! Very nice rooms. Clean, spacious and comfy. Large bathrooms with nice showers. Breakfast was good, too. Waffle makers, sausage and eggs, with a selection of cold foods, too.
