I have bought ready-made cakes from here before multiple times, but when I placed an order for a custom cake, I was very disappointed. I asked them to do a very simple design that any professional baker should be able to do, and I know this because baking is my hobby. I told them to design the cake like the picture attached shows but they said they couldn't do the dinosaur. I said ok, then leave the dinosaur and just do the vines. VINES?! How does a professional baker not know how to do vines. I have bought their ready made cakes before and they tasted and looked fantastic. There were all sorts of pretty roses and flowers on top of those cakes. But I really am surprised they couldn't do such a simple design. I told them I wanted the cake to be vanilla, but I have no idea what on Earth they gave me. It was brown and had a very weird and dense texture to it. It tasted like it was made from wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour. No one in my family was able to eat it. And I also attached a picture of how they made the cake. They couldn't even make it straight with white frosting, let alone anything else. The frosting was not white, the cake was not vanilla, the cake looked horrible, and it wasn't even on the sides, as they are bulging out. If you can see in the picture, I started adding little designs to it, as baking is my hobby, to at least make it look presentable. Below, I have attached pictures showing how they should have made the cake and how it turned out from the outside and the inside. I also attached a picture of a cake I bought from them ready-made just a few weeks before I bought the custom cake. I will probably not be buying from here again.

What a nice shop! The coffee is excellent and the pastries are divine! I had the pistachio baklava and kalri. I felt like going right back in to buy more but I have to watch my weight!!! They have a rewards program that you get 10% off your first purchase. All topped off by extremely friendly service! I'll be back!

I had the pleasure of coming to this bakery a few times and I must say, their cakes are truly exceptional. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, while the texture was moist and indulgent. Not only did I thoroughly enjoy the cakes, but my guests loved them as well. I was also impressed by their customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and made a cake for me on such short notice. . Overall, this bakery exceeded my expectations and I will be visiting again.

This is a hidden gem, Im suprised to see that there are less than one hundred reviews for this place. It was pure coincidence when I found this place in the summer but glad that I did. The waffles that they offer are warm and soft with plenty of toppings to choose from. They also have a wide variety of sweets in their showcases that are freshly made daily. The ice cream is nitrogen made and they have plenty of flavors to combine with your waffle. I hooked a lot of people to this place once I found it, its in a plaza and sometimes hard to see due to the construction that goes on surrounding it. The owner is friendly and the employees are welcoming always ready to serve you and your needs. They also have games you can play inside while you enjoy your dessert. Its cozy and a nice place to bring someone for an after meal date.

This place is great! The ambience is so nice and “new age” as well. They have some little games for you to play while you wait as well. We got a few of their donuts and one of the 8” dessert pizzas and they were so delicious! The cool thing about the dessert pizza is they don’t charge you for additional toppings, so you can get as many as you want and customize how ever you want to! This is a great place and I would highly recommend!

It would be preferable if human hair were not found in their desserts, and an improvement in customer service is needed. The hair was discovered beneath the dessert slice, and the lady at the counter, instead of acknowledging the issue, justified that the hair didn't originate from the food preparation but got stuck from outside.

Super friendly and welcoming staff! Iced latte was good, didn't get up charged for the oat milk which is a huge plus. Had a blueberry, red velvet, and fruity pebble donut, all were amazing! I'll definitely be coming back to try the rest of their menu!

So delicious!! The employees were so helpful and took the time to explain the different menu options. We got the waffle pops and donuts. They were both amazing and fresh. Highly recommend and we will be back!!
