Streaking Moose BBQ - Barbecue restaurant in Queensbury - 990 NY-149, USA

We recently hired Streaking Moose BBQ to cater our wedding reception and had a great experience! We worked with Rob who was amazing to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. Rob also helped us decide on the amount of food we would need to order. The food was absolutely delicious and everyone was saying how much they enjoyed it. It was also very affordable. I would definitely order from Streaking Moose for catering again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for catering!

Had the brisket cheese steak sandwich. The brisket kind of got lost in the bread and I was underwhelmed by the sauces on the table. Next time I'll try the meats plain with a few sides.

Great atmosphere! Really liked the outdoor seating. Service was good, food came out fast as expected. Barbeque was pretty good, however the sauces were very sweet. Really liked the smoked chicken and the ribs were quite good as well! The sides were a little lack luster. Certainly passable but not superb.

Good BBQ place. I got the 1 meat and two sides. For meat I got brisket and for side I got potato salad and corn bread. The brisket was good. Loved their butt loving bbq sauce. The corn bread was warm and was good too. Potato salad was alright. The service was quick. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table.

It’s not fair that we can only give 5 stars, we would give 10 stars if we could. Everything about Streaking Moose BBQ is EXCELLENT! The wonderful location overlooking the lush landscape is so relaxing, the warm and accommodating owners are extremely friendly, the chic and rustic atmosphere is comfortable. But the food…the food is just AMAZING!! Flavorful, generous portions, well priced…we can’t wait to go back! You’re going to love it!!!!!

Oh. My. Lawd. If you think there is better BBQ in a 1,000 mile radius of this place… you’re living a lie. Ribs? Fantastic. Brisket? Phenomenal. Pulled pork? Just slap me with it and I’ll still give 5 stars. Try the Burnt End Sloppy Rob and I’ll high five you when I see you in heaven.

Great atmosphere. Prices are pretty high here, but then I guess it depends on what you get. My son got a brisket 'platter' that came with a single slice of meat. And the sides are really small. Actually went back up to the counter to make sure he had received his whole order, which he was informed that he indeed had. What little he had (and everyone else's food) did tase great though..

Everything we had was outstanding. Ribs including the rub were totally on point. Burnt ends melted in your mouth. Brisket cheese steak so good. Got there early for lunch and the owners let us sit down and order drinks. A great lunch. Can't wait to go back.
