What is the District Managers Email or Phone number I don't want to call the store don't no one pick up and I don't to talk to anyone else other than the person in charge! I'm not a Karen won't cuss you won't I just have a couple of concerns about this business and how you guys go about operating. Need to look through your job applications and hire people who actually want to work here. Like they live there, need to really find good people and use great judgment on who you are hiring.

I reserved my unit online and arrived on a Saturday to finalize it. The code I was given to enter the gate was not active at the time but the person in the office assured me that it would be active when I arrived on Sunday to move my belongings in to the space, I was doubtful but had no choice. We arrived on Sunday to unload the moving truck and just as I thought, the gate would not open. We followed another car through the gate as I had no choice, I was paying movers $125 an hour to move my belongings. Of course we were unable to get out once we were finished and we had to call the fire department to open the gate. We called the office numerous times for help and no one EVER answered or retuned our call. They have no emergency contact so if your code doesn't work, you cannot get off the storage grounds. They obviously don't care because we NEVER even received a call back. I would NEVER use this company again.

As much as I would love to say nice things about this place, I just can't right now. I have been trying to get a hold of someone. I called and left a message but no one called back. I just don't understand why they do not have customer service number.

DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE. I'm planning on moving my stuff out of here as soon as I possibly can. The ladies (at least the one i talked to) who work here are rude and legitimately the most ignorant people I've ever met. The property is full of trash and no one has ever cleaned it up. There is no access after 6:45pm and the gate will lock you in at the same time. This is by far the worst storage unit I've ever used.

I am thankful for my experience with Stor America. My check in was smooth , quick, and informational. I would definitely give this location 5 stars across the board. Thank you again for your professionalism and for making my move in as smooth as can be.

Clean - secure and the rent process went quickly but I did not get the move in rate like my friend who referred me nor does there appear to be any uhauls on site - both as advertised.

The staff here are very responsive and take the time to focus on you and your issue. The only problem with this place is their gate hours. They lock up at 6:45 pm every day, and are closed most holidays. I work late night/early morning and it is difficult to manage those early closing times.

We just recently signed up to rent space at Extra Space Storage and I have to say that the on-site manager if just fantastic. Kelly was so helpful and kind. She treated us like old friends and answered all our questions and found us the best deal for our needs. I highly recommend this location for all your storage needs. They are just awesome and work with you to keep you a satisfied and trusted customer. So often anymore we all come across companies and people that are just rude and do the bare minimum, but you won't come across that here. I am a very satisfied customer! :)
