Stop & Shop - Grocery store in Woodmere - 253-01 Rockaway Blvd, USA

This location is never short on stock! The Caribbean section is very small while the kosher and Latino section takes up a whole aisle and the Asian section is just sad looming. You can never go wrong with finding a great deal at S&S!

This is a very good location. There is a lot of available parking and carts can easily be found inside or outside. The store associates are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a wide selection of fresh produce as well as packaged items. They also include sections for gluten free, grain free, vegan/vegetarian and other specialty products. The facility is clean and well kept, the bathrooms are clean and store front is clean. The check out lines are kept moving and if you need help with self check out there will be attendants to assist. I would definitely recommend coming here, just keep in mind that some items are pricier than others.

This store is nice clean and the employees are very kind and provide courteous service. Visit the Meat & Seafood Department and ask for Dominick. Very knowledgeable on the catch of the day. I was asking a thousand questions all the while he kept a smile on his face answered everything. Thank Stop & Shop for training your staff to tend to your customers. During this day and age we sometimes forget to thank the people who help us to have wonderful experiences.

Pretty well organized with low quality produces and prices are high quality. I bought mango, avocado, spinach, potatoes all are very bad quality. Again management very smart and they know how to attract customers with low quality products with high quality prices .

I have been shopping here for many years and had a great experience but when call to speak to a customer service is very bad experience. She instead of answering the phone she picks up and says "please hold" and never answer everytime 😒 I be on hold for more then 10 minutes. It shouldn't be this way. Either someone's not doing thire jobs right and needs to hire someone for that purpose.

This Stop & Shop is awesome! It has almost everything you could ever need. It now has free fruits for kids when you first enter and its fresh! I always go here with my mom. It has a clearance isle too.

I do want to say I like shopping here, they have what I need and what my family needs. However they need to get rid of the staff who are there to just play/horse around/ or be lazy, 2) …something’s going on with their watermelons. I’ve went twice to return the watermelons (on seperate occasions) because the insides are white. Is that growth?, fungus,? What??????!!!!!! Never seen watermelons white inside before, so wherever it’s coming from, is questionable

Good Supermarket sells just about anything you could need..friendly service cashiers as well as self check out.Some items are a bit pricey but they have weekly sales that can even out your spending. Plenty of parking..
