Great country club like golf course for a decent price. Was once a country club, but now public. Course was very nice. Cool layout with lots of water and challenges. Was in great shape for the time of year (played in mid-Oct). Greens were slightly furry, but that is expected for winter golf. Would definitely like to go back and play again. Restaurant also looked good, but I didn't eat there this time.

From the moment we stepped inside we instantly fell in love with StoneWater and Whitney!! The venue is so beautiful with the perfect layout for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour and reception! Our ceremony was outside followed by cocktail hour on the patio with an outdoor bar and passed hors d’oeuvres that were delicious!! Our reception was inside the venue with OUTSTANDING food and service!! Whitney and her staff were very attentive and made sure from the moment we arrived for the ceremony all the way to the end of the night, that everything was well taken care of, and nothing was left undone! It was a stress- free day because Whitney made us feel so comfortable and prepared for everything! She made sure everything happened on time, when and where it was supposed to, and having someone like that in charge of your event, you won’t need a wedding planner! She is truly a professional, and her staff are friendly and well trained! Our friends and family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and everyone was so complimentary of the food, bar service, staff and venue itself! If we ever have the opportunity to host another event, big or small, our first choice would be StoneWater! Thank you Whitney and the StoneWater staff for making our wedding unforgettable!

I was there for a fundraiser luncheon. The food was good but not great. The service was very good. I liked how they served family style with the food at the table in bowls. A nice compromise between sit down dinner and buffet. The venue itself was okay but for me personally I didn't like that. They were just windows everywhere all the way around and there was really no good place to have a speaker that didn't have a window behind them making it hard to see them or what was going on. It's a nice place, but for this particular event probably I would not have chosen it if I was coordinating the event. But it was a fundraiser so I guess it served the purpose.

Whitney helped me plan my daughter’s baby shower. From start to finish, it was easy, beautiful, and stress less for me. Everyone is so accommodating, nice and kind. Fun was had by all. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

Love having a casual meal at The Rustic Grill. Patio is great to sit with covered and heated dining. Outdoor igloos. Menu is always changing it up. Salads, veggie burger and more. Excellent deserts. In the summer outdoor live music. They also do a great job catering parties in the clubhouse.

Great place. Great food. Love the Yard on Fridays and Saturdays out back.

5-18-22 Mixed feelings about this one. The course itself is a gem . But….all of the previous ratings seem accurate in terms of accolades and criticisms. I think it depends on who you are and if they know you. It feels like what it is.. a private club gone public but still holding on to private club ambiance. Pro shop was rude on call for inquiries. They told me they were busy on the first day ( mon 5/16/22) I tried to ask about other play options for the week and he hung up before I could ask other questions . Got on today (Wed) using online booking. Starter was professional, terse, and a bit prickly on Monday when I stopped in and chipped and putt. ( My hotel is down the road so I popped in for the range, which was closed.) No starter on Wednesday. (Slow, cold, drizzly day.) Course is beautiful. Pretty well manicured and challenging. Greens are super fast. I struggled to lag putt to within 4 feet on many holes. At $75 for a midweek round, it was nice but not a staple for many locals or visitors I would imagine. The practice facility is very nice, where even the range is nicer than the playing holes on some courses. The grill has a great menu and while I was there before and after round, many couples came and went. ( not sure if it’s because there is a minimum spend for members.) Food looked great but I didn’t partake and cannot review. I’d play again for sure.

Where to even begin.... My husband and I had the wedding of our DREAMS thanks to Stonewater and Whitney. Whitney is truly an amazing manager and event planner. She went above and beyond to ensure that I wasn't stressed, that everything went smoothly, and accommodated every request/concern I had. The food was FANTASTIC (I'm a foodie, so this was important). Our guests raved about it. The bar service and all staff were phenomenal. A bartender overheard my maid of honor say her feet were hurting from dancing and she was going to have someone drop off flip flops for her! Not to mention, the venue itself is stunning. So many areas for gorgeous photo opportunities. I would recommend Stonewater a million times over. 10/10!!!
