The atmosphere couldn't decide if it wanted to be Americana or Italian countryside. Either way, it has a strong feel of where the older crowd dine. Arriving in September meant being overwhelmed by cliche seasonal scents at the door. The bar staff seemed to be very preoccupied with serving customers not in the restaurant...I suspect a wedding or other group in the adjacent tent space. The beer I ordered, which I have had in bottle many times, tasted sour and somewhat flat. When I could catch the eye of my server, the service was quick, but it did take a while to order. On the food: I enjoyed my dish, but it did not showcase the ingredients. Ordering a seafood dish, ideally, the flavor of that seafood should play more than a minor role in the dish's profile. Calamari served with two lemon wedges show that the chef is aware, but drizzling the dish in sweet chili sauce robs the customer of that choice or flavor experience. The breading and fry were very good, and there was not a hint of rubberiness to the Calamari. The rest of the menu feels very safe for aforementioned older folks, but not refined or overly adventurous. I was tempted by some of the specials, but the promise of a dish sized for more than one was a turn off. Some interior design tweaks, and letting the feature ingredients lead the flavor profiles would go a long way in making Stone Ridge Grill & Bar a place to return to, but for now, I will look elsewhere.

Really good food, takeout was prepped well, fries were those fries where there's a bunch of burnt lil bits, but the steak and burger meat melted in my mouth. 5 stars if it was a bit cheaper but i paid 45 dollars for this

Great little local spot very nice employees and very clean bar. I ordered the steak tips with mashed potatoes and rice pilaf. Now steak tips were great cooked right and tasted awesome. However sides were so blane literally had no real taste to them was sad with steak that good should have at least good potatoes.

Phenomenal taste, I ordered the sun dried tomato, sausage, chicken pasta entree and it was delicious. I couldn't stop eating after I was full, delicious. I also have a gluten allergy and they offer gluten free pizzas, pastas, and burger buns. No stomach ache or reaction at all. My partner ordered the chicken parmesan and not only was it huge, they said it was delicious. Service was professional and welcoming. The atmosphere is really cute here, a gentle touch with the plants and decor.

This place is a hidden gem. It has a great menu but since I couldn't eat everything, I had to pick one. I will need to come back to do the rest of the menu. This is the scallops and shrimp wrapped in bacon. It was perfection.

Stone Ridge Grill and Bar, called you on Saturday evening around 5:30 asking to accommodate a party of 20! You offered us your tent and heaters. When we got there, your staff, hospitality & friendliness were amazing! Even gave us music! 😁 Drinks and food were also so amazing! Thank you so much for making a Maine Flag Football League MFFL team and their families VERY happy after a tough loss. So much appreciation for all that you did for us!! THANK YOU! ❤️

We have been to Stone Ridge twice now and it has been such a great experience each time. The servers are so friendly and accommodating and the food is fresh. You can tell everything is homemade and not frozen. Highly recommend trying this place out of you haven’t already. There is something on the menu for everyone so it’s great for families.

We stopped here to watch The Patriots game on Sunday the 24th of September, 2023. We reviewed a few places and decided on Stone Ridge. Happy to say the food was really great, I had the mozzarella sticks, best I’ve ever had, my husband had chicken tenders, delicious. The wait staff, Shaun and Angela, worked as a team and were really engaging and pleasant to everyone. Having been an owner of a pub for years, it was an absolute pleasure being served by people that enjoy what they do. I would give this place a 10 out of 10.
