Our neighbors shake the floor every single day and night. Our apartment constantly smells like an ashtray from their chain smoking inside their unit. Truly an untenable situation. We have two air filters going full blast (doesn’t get rid of it) and basically live in our bedroom. It took us two months to even get a conversation with the property manager at Stone Ridge. Phone calls unreturned, have never ever received an email response after he specifically told me to send him notes. In our first conversation, he confirmed this is a widespread issue through the complex that they do not attempt to solve. I was given a can of odor remover and sent on my way. Since then, all we’ve gotten is conjecture, fake empathy and false hope. Promises have been made and broken. So much talking out of both side of their mouth — so much intentionally vague language. If you’re not going to help your tenant, at least tell them quickly instead of giving them the run around and breaking their spirit. I am finally giving up for my own sanity and daydreaming about a decent place to live.

My neighbors repeatedly stomp on the stairs every morning between 6 am-7 am, which wakes me up and makes me feel like someone is about to break in. I contacted the office twice months ago to fix our garbage disposal that's falling apart, but no one has come to repair it yet. Additionally, I wish they would install better-quality windows and sliding doors because they are outdated and frozen, leading me to pay more on my heating bills. They suggested I purchase insulation, but it would be nice if they could provide it instead.

I walked to the office and put a maintenance request with James last Tuesday. Within an hour, someone was sent to my unit to help me with the issue. It took the guy 5mins to resolve my issue. I was very appreciative of the quick response from Management and how knowledgeable the maintenance guy was about the issue. On a scale of 1 to 10, I ll rate the management at Stone Ridge a 10. Keep up the good work.

I don't normally do reviews but when it's worthy it should be noted. The staff that I have dealt with from Leasing during the paper process to the move in process and everything in between was the young lady Artisha who has and is phenomenal in what she does. She is attentive, professional and detailed...and I know things happen and during my move in their was an issue with my apartment their was a guy named Johnny who came out and was wonderful, they call first to check on you and issue and touch basis with you for appropriate way and time to enter your apartment which I thought was a great touch of courtesy and maintenance was detailed, thorough and he explained things to me...these 2 people are diamonds for Stone Ridge and have been very helpful, detailed and go above and Beyond and are patient and respectful and I can only feel that that runs deep thru the way the company runs. They understand community and doing what they can for everyone to live and luv their home...thanks

After checking out the reviews online I decided to check this place out. This apartments photos 100% legit. A leasing staff by the name RJ walked me through the entire application on the computer from start to finish! True professional! I’m so glad I found this place!

Today I witnessed a groundskeeper warming in his car and I believe he was sent home by his boss. I witnessed the same thing happened from a different boss last week. Earlier I seen the same worker shoveling walks. I'm pretty sure he got sent home for sitting in his car when he was just trying to warm up. I think that is very uncalled for and if management doesn't like it they should be out there helping them. After all they do get paid more money!

Great place and great service provided. I used to live over on building seven and I’ve always been satisfied with how quickly the maintenance team handled any service requests. Steven who’s a part of the team did stand out. He had great customer service on top of good work. Outstanding worker!
