I want to acknowledge the outstanding service of Taylor E. at the front desk. From the first phone call to the very last night we stayed, his service went above and beyond. I was traveling with my elderly father on a last-minute bereavement trip, and Taylor went out of his way to try to get us a handicapped room. When that was unavailable, he made sure that we were as close to the exit and breakfast as possible, and brought us a shower chair. He gave area recommendations/directions, was consistently friendly, and even asked about our family during this sad time. I felt sincerely cared for as a person, not just as a hotel visitor. Although every worker I met here was friendly, Taylor is the reason I would stay here again, and recommend this hotel to others. He is an amazing, caring human being, and an awesome ambassador for this hotel. He deserves a raise!!
Great place, everything clean, used the swimming pool. What a great Breakfast. My car needed a sensor and they allowed me to install it,in the parking lot. Most hotels would be snotty about it.i would definitely come back (especially for the Breakfast)
Regardless of previous reviews about vehicle break-ins, we had no problems with that. The disgruntled ex-employee doing the dirty deeds must have gotten tired of it. Place is easy to get to off Interstate drive. Our room was clean, comfortable and modern. Very few reviews under this name as it used to be a Best Western until rebranded. The spa jets and heater did not work all three days we were there. Location allows easy access to north side Norman. We had a good stay.
I had to fly into Norman from out-of-state on short notice to be with a dying relative as their only next-of-kin. I picked this hotel because it was within walking distance of the hospital next door. The management was very understanding of my situation. They let me merge reservations and extend my stay a few nights as needed. The day after my relative passed, the staff helped me get the stack of paperwork printed and organized. I was so grateful to have a stable, quiet base during all that stress. Thank you!
Stayed here for a con over weekend.
The front desk dude Taylor was a real one - so awesome! I had injured myself and he helped secure a wheelchair and even items to help ensure my leg was elevated. He was courteous and helpful (even before injury). He also helped answer all our random questions. Seeing his interactions with other guests while we waited for Ubers he was awesome to them, too.
Wife was super pleased.
Rooms were comfortable. Waffles were legit (with brown sugar and cinnamon added!).
Overall, the stay was par. Not what you’d expect for the price paid. Looks to be in transition from a previous hotel or ownership with a temporary banner behind the check in desk instead of permanent signage. The room was there. Towels looked like someone forgot to clean them, same for the shower; long black hairs on the shower wall and floor. My four year old found ants on the window, one in his bed. The hallway carpets need to some tender love and care as it looked like walking through a coal mine with dirty patches everywhere. Parking lot was well lit with plenty of parking. The breakfast was standard; eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, various fruits, etc. The saving grace was the kindness of the gentleman working the night shift. He was attentive and friendly which was greatly appreciated!
Friendly staff, clean rooms, check-in/out was a breeze. Missed breakfast because I was too busy working out in their very nice fitness center. Great location near restaurants and shopping. Ample parking. All-in-all a very pleasant experience.
Without a doubt the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would have checked out as soon as I saw the floors if this was a trip for fun and I was paying for it out of pocket. Carpets are HORRIBLE. Look like they haven’t been cleaned once. But the last straw was dried blood on my pillowcase. One staff member a man with curly hair was very nice but that balanced out with a young woman who looked bored and annoyed to be there. The location gets 2 stars because it was close to where I was doing work but the homeless population just outside the hotel was alarming. And they would just roam the hotel as well, as I was checking out a homeless man was getting off the elevator. I went to eat breakfast outside at some of there seating one morning and a homeless man insisted I get him a coffee and some food. Overall awful experience here for 2 weeks and on the last night I was suppose to stay here I just couldn’t do it anymore.

We received a complementary room from our rewards points so Iâm rating 5 stars, but if we would have paid for the room it might be a little different. The room itself is pretty nice, comfortable bed, nice furniture etc⦠But the bathroom could use
One of the cleanest hotels Iâve stayed in that is also pet friendly! Definitely newly renovated but they are definitely working to keep it looking clean and new. There was a stain on the comforter but the floors and bathroom were spotless (I work i
I've spent the past 8 years of my life working in boutique fitness gyms as a trainer and Stoic is one of the best gyms I have ever been apart of. The programming is the perfect balance of traditional strength training with a great mix of conditioning
