We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very clean and loved the spacious lobby . Great customer service. The beds were amazingly comfortable especially after our long drive. The dog rate was also reasonable compared to other places we choose not to stay with any more due to that extra cost.

Everything was really clean and new. The lobby is quite large with ample seating and a peaceful place to get work done. The hot breakfast had bacon, sausage, eggs and hashbrowns, along with cold items. Really great. They had free coffee in the lobby. highly recommend.

The beds were pleasant, clean and comfortable. The room was generally good. The bathroom has a barn door on it, which is always a bad choice. There is only a rain shower, and you cannot adjust the spray unless you are tall enough to reach the switch on the shower, so anyone shorter than about 5’7” is stuck with whatever setting was on it last time. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear the people talking in the next room. There are patios underneath many of the windows, and people chat on them very loudly. The first night I was there, they were talking loudly and kids were playing at 11 PM. I called the desk and asked about quiet hours. They said they did not start until 11:30 PM. The next day, desk staff said that quiet hours actually start at 10 PM. The second night I was there, someone came to my door at 10 PM and rattled it repeatedly. Even though the rooms look nice, this place is chaotic and loud. Not recommended.

I booked this hotel online thru their website requesting adjoining rooms. Followed up with a phone call as we are traveling with kids that won't stay in a room without us. told to call the morning of checkin to make sure we are assigned adjoining rooms. they would be ADA rooms, but they could do it. called morning of and told we would not get adjoining rooms. needed to have booked ada rooms specifically to get them and they are all booked. told we would at least get rooms next door to each other but at checkin told our rooms are down the hall from each other. finally got rooms next door after telling them to refund me. bed was hard, one of the bathroom doors was broken (which they did fix the next day) pool was nice, breakfast was nice, but if you are looking for connecting rooms, this is not the place.

We travel from Phoenix to Minnesota and back every summer. I'm glad we found this hotel, we will definitely stay here again. Everything was clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful. Crispy bacon was a plus.

Great location for going to Clinton Lake State Park for a running race, or for visiting Kansas University. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Breakfast was excellent: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffle station, almond milk, bananas, clementines, instant oatmeal, yogurt, and cold cereal. Coffee was excellent. My only recommendation would be to add a gluten-free cereal option, such as Cheerios.

The friendly staff were extremely welcoming and we enjoyed using their $3 s'more special, which was just enough to have fun. (it's 1 s'more, so a gram cracker, marshmallow and chocolate) The free breakfast was tasty. It was dog friendly. The bed was really comfy and I enjoyed the pillows. Everything was clean. My only complaint is that I am 5' tall and the shower head was attached to the 9' tall ceiling, so I couldn't change the flow, not even by trying to stand on things or by using a tool to reach that high. I was too short. The shower stall had no door. It was a little eccentric.

Probably one of the hardest, most uncomfortable beds you'll sleep on. If you have any back issues or want a decent night's sleep without hearing the person above you running around then skip this place! We were there for not even an hour and checked out to go somewhere else. The place is beautiful, smelled amazing and the staff were nice but all that hard work into the appearance isn't worth it if you have to sleep on springs digging into your side.
