The twice "baked" lasagna is definitely not twice baked. It's baked once then reheated in a microwave. Outside was lava hot and middle was Luke warm. Super unimpressed and kinda disgusted for it being a "better" place to go to. I would not have paid what I did had I known it was microwaved. Suggestion add a 15 minute wait so it can actually be baked twice. The other choice are great but I guess that what you get when you order I Italian at a non Italian restaurant.

We are from Chicago but we stopped in for a second visit to this establishment. The sandwiches and soups are absolutely amazing. Everything is so fresh and delicious! I highly recommend stopping in for some great food. I know we'll be stopping by every single time we're in the area going forward.

Very tasty scones served warm! Matcha mint drink was also delicious.

Stones consistently delivers as a fabulous place to breakfast and lunch. I'm perpetually delighted by the community feels of the historic site and I always celebrate an establishment who has an outdoor seating option as well! We are lucky to have such an eatery as stones in our town, and I encourage any and all to make a stop in for deliciousness soon!

What a gem to stumble across. Went in for a coffee and tea and found a great delicatessen. The cranberry turkey sandwich was amazing! Nice to hear the contemporary Christian music playing softly in the dining area. Clean, well kept, and friendly service!

Jumping right into it: Tried a gluten free blueberry scone and it tasted gross, like beach sand and dry fruit. I asked to swap it with a lemon - non gluten option and the lady said once you take a bite of the food they will not exchange it. So I asked for a refund. First she laughed, then refused. She said there was no problem with the product… the issue was with my own “personal taste.” Very rude and unprofessional staff. I explained that at a restaurant if the food doesn’t taste good, and you’ve only taken one bite out of it, you are allowed to refund it. My comment was ignored and the server insisted: I must not be use to gluten free food and it’s not her fault I didn’t know what I was ordering. I explained that I am familiar with gluten free food and it was just this one in particular that didn’t taste good. She then turned to ignore me. Normally, I give people the benefit of the doubt but this person is so blatantly rude that I will not be coming back to this establishment and feel that other people should be warned in advance that they will not exchange or refund their food because it’s “your taste” that’s the problem. For added context, the full order was 2 shakes and 2 scones. Not just a single order. My sister and I came in with her service dog to try a place we haven’t been before and are disappointed. Wish I didn’t tip before the attitude came out. ***Update: On my way out, I asked for and got Angie’s name. I wanted to make sure the problem person was identified because I don’t want the whole staff to suffer due to one person. After getting Angie’s name, she followed up saying: “I called our manager and she said she would have handled it the same way.” Weather or not she called, you can expect poor customer service. ***Update #2: I contacted the manager Rachel and she came back with: People come from all over the country for their food and that Angie is normally nice but was probably taken aback when I asked for a refund. She also wrote: “I believe that people should be accountable for their choices” and she will not exchange or refund a customer because it’s their “choice that’s wrong.” I don’t understand why both the server and manager keep implying that I don’t know what I ordered. I explained to both of them that I have had gluten free food before. In fact, I order gluten free desserts on a monthly basis for get togethers and to help promote a small business in Texas. I’m also prior military, so yes, I have traveled and country too but I shouldn’t have to explain or struggle to gain credibility for what should be a simple matter. The gluten free scone tasted like dry berries rolled in sand. Ultimately, this small establishment doest care about their customers. They rather blame them. I was hoping this was going to be a case of someone just having an off day and that it wasn’t going to be as bad as it seemed but I was wrong. I hope people start taking their business elsewhere and spend their hard earned money on those who have better business values and customer service.

Their warm scones and lattes start your meals with delight followed by a selection of unique meals. My favorite is the Turkey delight sandwich made with homemade warm bread with cranberries and nuts baked within. The warm sliced Turkey has a creamy topping. Next trip I'll get a picture of the different scones that are homemade. By far, the pistachio is the best, 2nd is the raspberry white concealer chocolate! Come in early they sell out fast

Pricey cappuccino but was very good. Busy even in November off season. Food smelled great, but was only there for coffee. Great atmosphere.

This “triple washer” machine from 1996 uses enough water - unlike the newer high efficiency washers. Check the dryer to make sure it’s getting hot. The owner was onsite keeping the place spotless and being helpful.
