I recently joined Stone Age Athletic Club two months ago, and it's been an incredible experience so far! The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help. I've also noticed a great sense of community among the members, which adds to the overall positive vibe of the club. Highly recommend to anyone looking to elevate their fitness journey!

Stone Age welcomed me as a newcomer with open arms. It’s been a great experience despite how nervous I was to start- everyone’s been a great help teaching and showing me the ropes!

I was very hesitant about starting a workout plan for the millionth time. So I did my research on fitness centers in the area. I’m fairly new to the area and didn’t want to jump in head first and be stuck with something I didn’t enjoy. After reaching out to Stone Age, I was invited in for a gym tour. At the gym tour, Coach Kelly walked me through the process of joining and assessments. They really focus on doing things right and making sure your form is correct. I’ve worked out (on and off) for years, but my form is still terrible. With that being said, you go through 5 sessions with a PT and they evaluate your form and skill level. Based on your assessment, you are given a “range” where you start. The goal is to continuously get better and challenge yourself with each workout. The workouts are tough, but you feel great once you’ve completed each session. Another aspect I love about this gym is the warm, welcoming environment. Everyone is so supportive! It can be intimidating starting at a new gym, but literally everyone there is rooting you on. They also have group gym activities and volunteer in the community. Not only are they supporting you and your fitness goals, they are supporting the community and giving back. So with all that being said…if you’re looking for a gym, I highly recommend taking a look at Stone Age Athletic Club. You won’t be disappointed.

It was ten years ago with my son’s encouragement and “Mom -You can do this “, that I jumped in and joined Stone Age Athletic Club. I’ve been in all types of fitness classes/gyms over the years, but I must say that I have experienced my best years of fitness and training here at Stoneage. The coaches-Sarah, Kerry, Brendan, Bob, Abbey, Mose, Billy, go above and beyond to help each member individually with technique, form, strength and education on wellness, nutrition, etc. As a mom, grandma in my late 60’s , I want to stay healthy, and enjoy my life. . Weight training, rowing, bike, and more-Stoneage has it, it’s given me that edge. Love the friendships I’ve made over these years. Thankful for my membership! The best

I have no idea what to do in a weight room and I let that intimidate me into not going for way too long. Well I just left my first session with the incredible Sarah and she showed me exactly where I would start (at the bottom) with room to only increase from there. No one was yelling, I was not intimidated. It was a blast! She was an excellent teacher and incredibly friendly to boot. I’m not letting another summer of watching friends prance around with incredible bodies because they joined Stone Age or similar types of gyms and I sat on my couch watching too much dateline. Lol. It’s my turn to prance too. If you are considering, please do yourself a favor and go try this place out. NOW

Love it! Trainers & students are like family. Very knowledgeable trainers and all instructors prioritize safety of participants. Instructors are patient and review all exercises prior to workout. Overall an encouraging, positively competitive experience.
