Got this recommendation from tiktokers and this place did not disappoint experiencing it for myself. Came here for birthday brunch, and the host was beyond friendly and warm welcoming. Our waiter, Ignacio, was beyond phenomenal and took good care of us. I got the shrimp and grits, and it was delicious, to say the least! Really had a great experience here in Raleigh. Will definitely be back!
Lunch at stir today to celebrate our team’s VIP agents! The food was amazing as always and Hannah created a great service experience! I always enjoy the oysters and the Poke bowl was delish! Thanks for always making lunch. A fun celebration. Our team comes over every chance we get.
My family and I visited Stir today for brunch. OMG it was AWESOME. From the time I called and placed my reservation with La’Shazna who was very helpful and since it was my first time, she assured me I wouldn’t be disappointed and oh she was so right! The atmosphere was lively and upbeat. Our waitress, Kim was very knowledgeable of the different items on the menu and very patient (as I can’t ever decide what I should try). The food was excellent! And I dare not forget the drinks…I don’t know the bartender’s name but the drinks are not watered down at all. We will definitely be back and I can’t wait!
Might just be a brunch thing, but it wasn't stellar. Sausage was weirdly sweet, burger wasn't great, and while we appreciated the free sampler dish, it was only OK too. Maybe it's a good place for dinner and drinks, as the name would suggest. But there are better brunch places around.
I took my mom on 12/10 to dinner for her belated birthday celebration. We both had not been to stir before but I can say that it won’t be the last! The atmosphere was good, the food was delicious but what made the whole evening memorable was our wonderful waitress Cait G. She went above and beyond in making my mom’s dinner enjoyable. You all have a gem in her. She was so down to earth and so easy to get along with. I will definitely be back just so I can have her again. She made my whole night!! Thank you for a wonderful evening
The atmosphere felt very cozy + welcoming, our server Jas was the best! The food was good, and it wasn’t a long wait in between our appetizer & entree! Overall great experience, wish there was more outside seating!
Celebrated a friend’s birthday last night and we had such a great time!! We were initially a little let down by the service before we were seated, but once we got to our table, our server Jasmine and the food made our night fantastic!! A few days before, we went to make a reservation, but saw that you could only make reservations online for parties of 4 or less, and there were 5 of us planning on going. I called to see if they would be able to accommodate us and they said no (and fair enough because it was kind of last minute), but because OpenTable still showed plenty of availability for parties of 4, we decided to take our chances without a reservation. When one of my friends arrived she went to put our name in the hostess said it would be an hour, and even though we were totally expecting/willing to wait, she seemed like she just wanted us to say never mind and go somewhere else. We were a little disappointed because on OpenTable they still had reservations available for 4 people 15 minutes after the time we arrived, but because there were 5 of us we couldn’t grab one (understandable, just disappointing!!); however, there was a 6 person high top open when we arrived that stayed empty the remainder of the evening until we left around 10 pm. We were pleasantly surprised when not even 10 minutes later we were seated in a part of the restaurant they hadn’t seated anyone else in. So, even though we had a less than great start, our wonderful server and the great food totally made up for it. Jasmine was so kind, attentive, and made excellent recommendations!! She also gave a free dessert to my friend for her birthday and even let her pick what she wanted!! All of our food was great - the truffle fries, poke bowl, cheeseburger, veggie burger, and the shrimp and scallop Mac and cheese - but the real star of the show was Jasmine.
This was my first time visiting and I really loved the atmosphere. It was relaxing yet modern. The food was delicious and the serving sizes were excellent. I loved the crab bisque and wish I had gotten a second serving. My main dish was delicious as well. Will be back.
