Outstanding services of the staff, Damaris, Arvis and Frank always provide excellent customer service individually and cooperatively. Maintenance services is well done Damaris is always very helpful any needs or assistance.

Had a great experience here! Maintenance responded very quickly to calls usually same day. Management was also friendly and welcoming. Quite community. I loved that there was always a police presence with 2 cops living here. I felt very safe. My apartment was a nice size and had natural sunlight. Lots of closet space. No pests which was great! Wish I could've stayed longer.

I am the type that write reviews however, I had to write this one because it was one of greatest experience that I have ever had with apartments. A very big thank you to Nicole Avera. She was awesome before and after I moved. So, before I moved in I was on the wait list. Honestly, my plan was to move into a different apartment but the extent to which Nicole communicated and checked on me made me had a rethink. On several occasions, she thanked for being patience. On the day that I moved in, she had a emergency situation but she still communicated via email and made sure that I was okay. She checked in with me until I settled in. She is just the best. I am not sure how long she has been doing this job. All I can say is that she is very good at what she does because she is doing so well. The apartment was in an excellent condition. The community is safe. The environment is conducive and convenient. I just cant say enough about this place.

The Property Manager, Nicole is the kindest and most genuine person that I have ever met in a very long time. Nicole and her team truly care about the residents and provides the best customer service anyone could ever ask for. Stevens Walk is truly a gem, as it is quiet and very safe!! A+++ community for sure!! Thank you so much for being the best!!

The property manager is all you could ever want in apartment hunting. Nicole is helpful, welcoming, and kind. It's TRULY a shame I couldn't end up living here (because now I have to settle for less), but I absolutely would based on the service she provided. The apartment was decent; I would be happy to live there based on that alone, too. The apartment is from the 70s but the carpets and appliances and everything else are renovated. BUT Nicole made my decision that much harder because I'm sure it would have been so easy and pleasant to live there under her management. These people are on top of their stuff. The other management staff (I believe Stevens, the guy from the name, is the other manager) are invested in their small, quiet community, so maintenance and other things are nothing to worry about. If there are any spots available here, snag it while you can because this might be the best apartment experience you could ask for (and apartment hunting is almost never fun in my experience; Nicole is truly exceptional!). Please give Nicole a raise.

Living at Steven's Walk has been such a blessing. They have a great staff and I love the way they keep the grounds clean and appealing. The property manager, Nicole has been so helpful with everything that I need and her response time is rapid. I would definitely recommend living here. The units are beautiful and it's in a nice and quiet neighborhood that you can feel safe in.

Moving to Stevens Walk Apartments a year ago was a great decision. The renovated unit has really nice amenities. We did not hesitate to extend our lease. The property is quiet and is a well kept community. The maintenance and office staff are phenomenal and attentive to any requests we have. If you are looking for a safe and perfect apartment, this is it!!!!!

There is no words to explain how much I appreciate Nicole Avera. She is awesome. She is a wonderful woman and she helped get me my apartment that I've been trying to get for months but couldn't because of my credit. I absolutely love our new place it is very spacious and homey. I am so glad and grateful that I found this place. I really do wish I could give Nicole more stars. Love you Nicole and I owe you another hug next time I see you. I'm very happy with our new place.
