Sterling Shores Condos in Destin by Vacasa - Condominium rental agency in Destin - 1751 Scenic Hwy 98, USA

I did my reservation, and then I looked the negative reviews and I was disappointed, but then when I got there my perspective change. The manager was very nice, he welcomed us very nice, the room was really clean and comfy. The workers of the condo were really nice. The only negative thing was they told us that the beach are was very close but we have to cross the street. But every thing was amazing.

We rented a condo on the 10th floor overlooking the harbor. Two bedroom two bathrooms full kitchen and in our case a great owner we met after he drove here personally to show us how to use something. It has plenty of room for a family. For sure would enjoy regular visits..

I’ve visited Destin many times over the past couple of years, and each time I fall more in love with the city. I decided to stay at Sterling Shores by Vacasa for my birthday trip and we stayed in unit 807. The views were immaculate and thoroughly enjoyed myself! The heated pool was nice and so was the access to the beach since it was just right across the street. The unit was nice as well, seeing as it had a separate shower and jacuzzi tub in the main bedroom (I got a 2 bedroom since some friends came to visit as well). I look forward to staying here when I come back to Destin!

Our time in Destin was awesome! Beautiful beaches! Our condo at Sterling Shores was very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and had a balcony with a beautiful view. We booked via Airbnb, sometimes the communication/instructions weren’t clear but overall a wonderful experience!!

First of all I always enjoy Destin, I have been staying at Sterling sands for years usually in August. I recently stayed in condo 702 I had a late check in because the door code provided by Vacasa did not work. The condo was nice and seemed clean until I looked in the main shower and there was mold in it and after walking around in the condo for a short time my feet were black on the bottom. The fitness center was not open the the whole duration of my visit. There was a issue with one of the elevator’s one day. This condo is in a great location so that is why I stay there. Vacasa didn’t have anyone on site at check in so I had to call the number for assistance any they text back with me so it was about a hour before I could enter the condo. I had went to use the fitness center and a HOA worker told me it was closed and it is usually open at 7:30am so I called Vacasa and they told me they would get back to me so I went to the fitness center and there was a notice on the door saying it would be closed all week, later that evening someone from Vacasa called me an told me that the fitness center opens at 9:00am so Vacasa wasn’t much help to me but maybe they will be helpful to others

Quiet during our stay at end of year. Awesome view from room. Two pools with beach access. You do have to cross road to 2nd pool and beach. But road not to busy. Check in was easy.

Our unit was clean and comfortable! No complaints. Air conditioning was great, shower and bathroom were clean! No complaints! Beach access was perfect! Water was CLEAR!!!

We love the condo we stay in yearly. Condo building and common spaces can use some TLC though. Pool furniture needs replacing due to damage and long term use. When we went to the pool in the am it was pretty dirty. Gym hasn't had a single update in years. Gym equipment is old, dirty, and rusty. To get to the beach you have to cross a road however it's not a busy road so not an issue.
