Rented a condo on the beach but upon arrival there was no one at the office and our welcome pack that was to include access to the private beach and the wrist bands to use the amenities on site were not provided. We checked in at 4pm with only a door code and it is now 7:23pm and dark outside. We have yet to be able to enjoy the beach or amenities on site and check out is at 10am. All attempts to contact Vacasa resulted in empty promises of providing us with access to the beach and amenities. The room was not the cleanest with the biggest issue being the broke garbage disposal that had a large amount of food in it rotting causing a very serious odor issue throughout the kitchen/living room area. The dishwasher also has stale, stagnant water about 1-1/2 inches deep sitting at the bottom of it which is probably also contributing to the funky smell! The dryer was also out of order in the unit and we were looking forward to washing our clothes from the 1st part of our journey before heading home tomorrow morning. Both bathtub facets in the bathrooms leak as well.

We loved our stay. This condo is spacious and has all the necesites. The entire property is very clean and peaceful. The pool water is always warm and the sand at the beach is so clean. My only regret is not staying longer!

Unit 412 was terrific! The view was breathtaking! Beds were comfortable, air conditioning was perfect! We loved the location! The condo was updated and well appointed with plenty of blankets, pillows, kitchen wares, new televisions in the rooms! The beach was almost directly off the elevator and the pool was large and very clean! Would definitely rent 412 again!

The unit 613 we stayed had roaches. Which we were pretty surprised. We were not informed the gym would be closed for renovations. I would not have complained this year. But when we went last year they were pressure washing the whole building and some rules were updated but we’re not communicated. Their HOA is a joke. We were informed by several owners they pay monthly dues for the renter to have two chairs and an umbrella. We have been going there for 24 years. Just not same . So disappointed.

#703 is not fit to be on Vacasa's website. It's awful, old, we left our suitcases on the kitchen counters it was so stained and beat up. The pictures are FALSE ADVERTISING as our condo was well over 20 years past where the pics had been taken. Our unit was rundown horribly. We nearly left after the first night, because we had no beach access or pool access, Vacasa didn't care. I only gave a 2nd star because the view was awesome. But this condo needs completely gutted. It looked like an old roach infested motel from the 70's. Security team was nice to deal with so i didn't get my car towed at least.

Beautiful place . Well maintained although elevators need work. Beautiful views and has security around pool areas. Easy access to beach. We rented thru VACASA and had no issues all questions quickly answered. Pool is great but a little too warm for me felt more like a hot tub not refreshing. Great area with grills for your using. Our condo 607 was well equipped and comfortable. Will stay again

Jetted tub blew black chunks of...something out every time we tried to use it, dishwasher did not work, and saw a few roaches in kitchen during stay But the room was beautiful and fully equipped. Loved the location

Great location, view, and crowd control We loved the location of this property and the fact that it is a mid-rise property which only allows people staying on the property access to the pool and beach. The size means there weren’t as many people staying there so we never felt crowded. Easy access to everything. View was incredible. The only thing i would change is the plexiglass on the balcony. It kept the wind from coming into the balcony but other than that it was great.
