The Absolute WORST! Don’t trust your valuables to these people!! I hired packers for a cross country move and when I opened the boxes, no padding was in the boxes and things were just thrown in there like a child packed them, and precious, breakable, items are crushed and broken! I was assured that this was the best packing team, and believe me, they were not inexpensive. I’m heart broken that my belongings were treated so carelessly. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
We recently moved our home in Norwich, CT to a storage unit in Hudson, NH until we buy a new home. Our move was as estimated by Nick, scheduled & coordinated by Melissa and orchestrated by Herb Powell, owner operator and team. The move better than planned and under budget. Special thanks to Herb Powell and his amazing team from Springfield. They were all prompt, polite and worked efficiently and quickly. Can't say enough about Herb and his team of talented movers. Aaron and Rylo were professional, curteous, and incredibly hard working. Our items were packed well, moved with care, and placed throughout the home upon arrival. They were perfect to work with!

Damaged almost every piece of my good furniture! Hid all the damage, but took my money! It looks like they dropped some of my furniture down a flight of stairs. Even hit and damaged my new kitchen cabinets! Worst movers! Don’t use them and don’t believe their bogus insurance!
The driver Billy Gilbert did an amazing job, absolutely professional work by him and his team. He made sure everything was perfect!
We had a great experience with the Rhode Island-based team from Sterling, led by driver Brian H. They were friendly, efficient, mellow, communicative, quick, focused, and easy-going, all at once somehow! We had a big move with multiple stops on both ends and some additional complexities at the busiest time of year to move, and Brian and team took it all in stride. He also responded right away to my text to confirm, and was detail-oriented with all our random things. Really hugely appreciated!
Our company recently engaged Sterling for two moves - one of a regional office and one of our headquarters. The experiences were outstanding - Jeff Colon handled the move in Worcester. Rick Sierra did the move in Framingham. Brian handled the decommission of our Worcester location. Everyone involved was professional with excellent communication. They were respectful of the locations we were moving from and also with the new locations. On time, great communication and respectful. Highly recommend.
Professional, polite, and on time. What more can do you need? David, Derek, and Sean made quick work of our household goods and set up all our furniture, took great care to get things right the first time, and kept a clean working space. While nobody ever wants to move, these guys did an excellent job; I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. Cheers!
