Staff were great. Understanding and patient for everything. Friendly service! Honest quality friendly service. Drinks machines, smell of coffee n morning fresh cut grass, stores and diner within walking distance. Overall...very worth it. Especially when you're trying to stretch your money.

The rooms are great for the price and the staff is friendly it might have been a misfortune but our room had a smell to it. No bathtub just to stand up shower put the price is great in the rooms are pretty big.Free WiFi too

Violates federal law by denying service animals, and has now been reported to the proper authorities. They will pay fines or go out of business. Nothing but a rat trap anyway with bed bugs

This place is great. New name Stellar Motel, new owners and new management. Very clean, great location and great price. They are so accommodating and helpful. I was able to have my small pup with me. Simple one time charge and a deposit that you get back when you check out as long as your pet doesn’t destroy anything

Front desk lady kept telling me I couldn't pay in card and had to pay in cash and she messed up the room details insisting I have 4 people even though the reservation was for 2 rooms, 3 people. Not 4. Even though I told her, she didn't believe me. I got my partner to come in, she didn't require him to pay in cash, her amounts changed, and she listened to him tell her there's only 3 people. I honestly don't know why that lady treated me that way but was immediately different when I brought my partner in. The rooms are warn down and gross. Wouldn't recommend this place

This is now Stellar Motel, new owners and management. Very clean, no frills, excellent customer service. Great location to shopping, restaurants and the waterfront. You can bring your pet for a small price. Wifi is great, I work remotely & had great Wifi in a Teams meeting for over 2 hours

Clean rooms at an affordable price. Decent weekly rate. Very friendly staff and any issues are taken care of promptly. The empty pool is an eyesore but besides that, all and all a very pleasant motel. Keep in mind the buildings and grounds are seriously old and run down. I give them a decent review on the basis of price alone. There is nowhere else in town that has these rates.

Update:10-13-23 The Stellar is great.Update: 9-13-23 the vista is now the stellar motel.Update again: June 2023 The Vista motel was sold to a couple they seem very nice. Idk if prices are changing they are still new to being owners and they got new cameras up all over the property and voice recording as you walk into the office. As well as upgrades most likely coming soon. Also heard that the name will be changing as well.Update they working on more units to fix repairs. They just got new management they are refixing everything from previous owner and got rid of all drug users out and the price is right.better than most out there.this motel is: *Bugless *Is cleaner than super 8 motel and others *The location is perfect *This also a smoke free. Smoking is outside only. No drugs allowed on property as well. Subject to being screened and no pets. Most likely because previous renters with animals and messed up. Across the street from the motel is the Dollar tree Big 5 Jo-Ann fabrics a bar and then also there's King's teriyaki place and then up the street is salvation army and further up the street is Walmart Safeway Big lots and more and the other direction is the roundabout and then downtown to Bay Street ferry terminal etc.
