Stein Eriksen Residences - Hotel in Park City - 6702 Stein Cir, USA

What an amazing experience. My wife and I came to visit family over Labor day 24. It was a transition period for the property (after summer crowds and pre ski season). The unit was as to be expected from a 5 Star property. 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath with fully stocked professional kitchen. The 2 fireplaces were a magical addition as the evenings and mornings were a bit chilly in Park City. All of the staff from the restaurant, bell desk, concierge, front desk and valet were incredibly pleasant and committed to top quality service. We got a chance to speak to a few of the staff which were in different roles than what they normally worked during the season. They were all incredibly cheerful and happy to be engaged with the property. However, the most impressive thing about this property was the commitment to do whatever was needed to please the guest with a high level of urgency. We frequently came down from the unit to request a ride from the shuttle when the shuttle was already on the road and in each case, the bell desk, concierge or front desk would have someone jump up and pull another vehicle around to immediately get us where we wanted to go. My brother (who we came to town to visit) came over one evening to cook for us in the beautiful kitchen and we couldn't find the cork screw to open the wine he had brought with him. We called down and within 90 seconds, a front desk agent was at the door with one. 40 years of travel with lifetime Titanium status with Bonvoy and Diamond status with Hilton and I have never been to a property where the entire team would stop at nothing to try to immediately satisfy the guest. We will be back soon.

It was our first time staying at the Stein Eriksen Residences and we had a mind-blowing experience. The moment we arrived, Katherine greeted and welcomed us. Joe was very nice and happy to have us. I can tell he’s very proud of the property and would love for us to experience all it has to offer. We were so excited. They gave our kids welcome toys. It’s something that we really appreciate. When people acknowledge and love our kids being around, we feel at home. Dallen was very knowledgeable during the property tour and made sure to have us settle in our room. The property had breathtaking views of the mountains. The infinity pool was the best. It was heated, it was connected to an indoor pool with a splash pad perfect for our kids. You feel the luxury the moment you step into the Suite. There was a hot tub and the whole place felt like home. We had dinner with a view and all the staff were so welcoming. The buffet breakfast and the servers in the morning were amazing too. We can’t wait to stay there again.

I came here with my wife for our wedding anniversary. It is a beautiful location with amazing views and amenities. We loved our room, it was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were very helpful from the moment we came to when we left. They dropped us off on main street so we could eat some dinner, and picked us up when we were ready.

The Stein Eriksen Residences are first class accommodations situated about 5 minutes up the mountain from Park City with amazing views of the Wasatch range. The friendly, helpful SER staff create a special personal experience - from the valet/bell guys Conner, Brandon, and Dallen to the super front desk/concierge team of Nathalie, Katherine, Precious, Somelia, Joe, and Chris. The 7880 restaurant provides excellent cuisine - among the best in the area - along with an attentive, friendly staff and more breathtaking views. The 7880 daily breakfast buffet is top quality. Last but not least, the SER housekeeping team provides excellent, friendly service: daily cleaning and turn-down. All in all, our family had a wonderful stay. The SER team makes the difference.

The 5 bdrm condo was wonderful for the 10 of us - kids loved the bunk room. Pool is indoor outdoor with 3 hot tubs- spent a lot of time there. Wonderful breakfast buffet and kids had a great time in adjacent game room . Staff- Nathalie, Dallen, Kristian, Precious, Joe, Angela , Alex, - all helpful and friendly .

Just got back from my first visit to Park city. We could not have been happier with our selection of the Stein Eriksen residences. From the moment we walked through the door until we (sadly)had to go home, the service team was five stars! Every request was met with a smile, and done swiftly. So many people to thank including Nathalie, Joe, Precious,Connor, Dallen and Angela. Also, thanks to Charles for his sweet service and all those diet Cokes :) loved our afternoons at the gorgeous pool and the mountain top setting was just perfection. Can’t wait to get back!

We had the most amazing trip to DV which was only made better by our star at SER! The facilities are amazing, location is wonderful, but most important was the incredible service the team provided. We booked a surprise birthday trip and had two families stay in one of the Platinum 3BR. The room itself was by far the nicest we have stayed in at DV and is far superior to all of the luxury hotels. The team helped arranged everything we needed, were super responsive to all our questions and requests and made traveling with 4 children (including a newborn) totally seamless. We cannot wait to go back next year!

I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful this resort is! We were a very large family of 19 and utilized two seperate condos. The staff is amazing and the condos are beautiful with fully stocked kitchens that we utilized daily for breakfast, snacks and beverages. The washer and dryer were great and certainly came in handy for all of the kids clothes and layers of ski apparel. The facilities were amazing including the spa, ski rental and lockers and restaurant to name a few. The staff couldn’t be any more friendly or respectful! I would HIGHLY recommend the Residences!
