I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible beach town rental for a girls' weekend, and I cannot recommend it enough! With three spacious bedrooms, it was the perfect setup for our group. The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing backyard. It was a true oasis! We spent our afternoons lounging outside, enjoying wine and a delicious charcuterie board while soaking up the sun. The hot tub was the cherry on top—nothing beats a relaxing dip under the stars after a long day of beach fun. What I loved most was the complete privacy of the outdoor space; it felt like our own little retreat. We could laugh, chat, and unwind without a care in the world. The hosts have truly outdone themselves with this property. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, ensuring we had everything we could possibly need. If you're looking for a perfect getaway with friends, this rental is a must. I can’t wait to come back!

We love this location! This place has everything you need, is extremely clean and the a/c keeps you super cool. So close to the beach, great restaurants, and cute shops to explore. It’s also only 25 minutes to the Irvine Spectrum center so we get the best of both worlds!

We enjoyed every moment we stayed! The attention to detail is unmatched. Communication with the hosts was easy. You just need to bring your clothes and toiletries, everything else you need for your stay or day on the beach is there waiting for you to use. We can't wait to stay there again!

This was our second time staying in Pete and Cathy’s lovely home and it was perfect for a birthday getaway! We love the ocean views in condo 2 but you can’t go wrong with any of their condos. It has ALL the amenities and so much more to make it feel homey! Thanks again Pete & Cathy for being fabulous hosts and going “beyond” to make our visits from Ventura to San Clemente a 5-star stay ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was such a delight. The location is perfect for us. Close to the beach and other area restaurants and walking trails. The condo is very clean and airy. The owners were very responsive and quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely be back. Thank you Peter, Cathy and Taylor.

I loved staying in Condo 1 at 106 Capistrano. The location near the pier and all the downtown shops and restaurants makes for a perfect place to stay; without needing to get in a car and worry about parking. Also, you can't beat the ocean view! It is exactly what I want when staying here in San Clemente. Additionally, I loved how clean the unit was, how well equipped the kitchen was to make dinner in, also enjoyed the refreshments provided upon arrival, and how organized the instructions were on how to use the wifi, tv, ceiling fans, and the ac unit. All were very user friendly and easy to follow. Oh - and the bed and sheets were amazing! Slept like a baby!

Pete and Cathy’s condos feel like our home away from home! We’ve stayed in their building twice now for 2-3 weeks at a time and love it. Here’s what we love: Soft bed, bidet!, fast internet, two large TVs, all the kitchen amenities you need like a Ninja Grill/Air Fryer, Keurig, quality pots/pans and utensils and more. We love the close proximity to the pier and it’s also a nice walk to the shops and restaurants on Del Mar. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back again this summer!
