We traveled with a large group and the hotel was very accommodating. The customer service was excellent, although we did have several with delayed check ins. The hotel staff appeared very limited, but those we encountered were working very hard and were pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was it's greatest downfall. The bathroom and kitchens need serious attention as well as the exercise room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and the only thermostat that worked was in the main room. Overall I would recommend this hotel and likely to return if the cleanliness issue is addressed.

I really love and appreciate this location! I have to travel to this location often and I have stayed in many Stay Bridge IHG hotels. This one takes the cake by far! I have never had a bad experience with this specific IHG StayBridge. For some more context, all through year 2023 me and my colleagues praise and stay at this hotel anytime we get a chance. The staff are great, the food is great, and most importantly the rooms are phenomenal! I would recommend this location any day as these guys are literally on the top of my IHG hotel stays. For context there, I traveled to SC, NJ, MN, IN, MI, etc, etc. So, we can see how many hotels I have had to stay in. Keep doing well guys! You all have been great!

This was a great hotel. The property was clean and spacious. Our room had everything we needed and we were able to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast offered good variety and was kept well stocked. The pool was actually kept at a comfortably warm temperature and was enjoyable to use. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping a short drive away. I really have no complaints, just a great setup for my family's needs.

My son, daughter-in-law, two grandchildren (ages 3 and 5 years old) and I stayed in a one bedroom suite on Christmas Eve until Christmas morning. It was so clean and spacious!....just what we wanted. |The water in the pool was just the right temperature for the kids to enjoy playing in it. |Mary at the front desk was extremely polite and so helpful.|I brought along an expandable Christmas tree but had no batteries for the lights or hooks for the bulbs. Mary lent me 3 AA batteries and some paperclips so we could enjoy having a small but beautifully decorated tree. The kids were thrilled to wake up Christmas to a tree with presents under it.|Thank you Mary and Staybridge Suites for a wonderfully unforgettable stay!!

We stayed at this property a year ago and we had a great room, and the breakfast was fantastic. In fact, staying here has no made me look at the Staybridge brand more when I travel. So, when we were coming through Toledo again, I booked this same hotel, and it was almost the opposite experience. First of all, my profile says that I want a room on the top floor away from the elevator. We were given a room on the first floor right next to the elevator. The carpet was torn up in the room and it appeared to be what was used as a "pet" room. The last time we had breakfast I was able to a wonderful yogurt with fruits and granola. This time my selection of fruits was canned pineapple and some other canned fruit. I was really disappointed. They ran out of coffee and my husband was waiting for the refill, but the staff was busy standing around chatting rather than getting the coffee refilled. The diet coke at the machine did not work. And there was nowhere to sit at a table to eat your breakfast. I am not certain if we come through again that I will book for a third time.

Have never stayed at this Staybridge before. Easy access from the freeway. Lots of parking. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were polite, pleasant, and responsive. The social evening food was super! The breakfast options were more limited here than in other IHG hotels we've stayed at e.g., perhaps consider adding bacon/sausage to the menu. Overall though, a great stay.

I stayed here recently, I was given a double room. It was pretty spacious and everything looked nice at first. Until I went in The king bed room and it smelled like wet carpet. The bathroom was filth not cleaned. So I decided to stay in the other room where everything seemed better. As I’m sleeping I feel my body itch. At first I ignored it but as the itch continued. I got up and checked myself in the mirror. My body was covered in bites. I freaked out as check the bed. There it was a bed bug crawling on the bed. Who knows how many were there. I called the front desk they told me there was no other room available. But they did put me in another hotel room for one night. This whole experience has been traumatic. I’m still recovering from the bites. It’s really unfortunate because if one room has it I’m sure a lot of other rooms have bed bugs too. And even more. It’s absolutely disgusting. Staybridge do better!

Upon entering the staff was busy and I had to wait 5-10 minutes to be helped. But apologies given and staff was super friendly from that point on. For some reason I wasn't a huge fan of the beds even though they were clean and spacious. Maybe a tad too firm. Rooms were very spacious, clean and had just about every amenity you would need. The breakfast was expansive. I'd say one of the nicest for a free hotel breakfast (about the same as Drury). Everything from yogurt parfaits, to Belgium waffles, to hot foods, to oatmeal, to bagels and muffins. I had the opportunity to chat with the hotel staff and they were extremely friendly and even though many are probably doing the work of two positions, they still had a smile on their face and are doing it well. I would recommend this hotel. It books up quickly, so I would book ahead of time.
