We stayed here twice while traveling. The rooms are clean, the front desk staff friendly and welcoming. I brought to their attention a couple of very minor repairs bedded upon checking out, and they immediately wrote them down and forwarded to their maintenance staff for action. We stayed in a one bedroom suite both times. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was one of the best beds I've ever slept in for a hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed many times at this hotel, and this is the first time I have rated it anything below a 5. It is in the perfect location for us driving in from Louisiana to stop before getting to our beach or Orlando Vacation destination the next day. It is a beautiful hotel right off I-10. I highly recommend this hotel to others when they are making the drive in. We also stay here when our university plays FSU in Tallahassee. It is away from the noise, and is an easy drive to campus.||The check-in was fabulous as always with very nice desk staff getting us into our room in a matter of 5 minutes. I visited with the desk staff a little later when nobody was around. They were polite, with the young man who is working on his degree at FSU telling me a little about his future plans, and a little about FSU.||The room was and easy 5 out of 5 as always. Super comfortable beds. It was ice cold on this very hot summer day which is a plus. This room is as nice as any room. It is not highly decorated, but highly decorated is not our style. SUPER CLEAN and SUPER COMFORTABLE.||The 4 out of 5 is for two reasons, I had a major sugar crash. I wear a glucose monitor and my sugar was at 42 when I went down stairs to ask for some orange juice. This is how I make my sugar go up in a controlled manner (a little at a time). The young lady at the desk didn't know how to turn on the machine that dispenses OJ, and there was no juice to buy in the "Hotel Pantry". Knowing how to do this would help people like me when the sugar drops. I couldn't drive at 42 and dropping because I might have run into someone. She gave me some Hi C which was like drinking sugar syrup. This morning I awoke with a sugar level well over 200.||The breakfast was a total fail. The waffles were not cooking all the way through in 3 minutes, The juice machine didn't work, the eggs and sausage were cold, so we are going out for breakfast. In the past this was never the case for breakfast here. I rate the breakfast as a total fail.||Overall, I wanted to rate it 5, but that would not have been honest for this stay. I will be back here again in the future. I'm sure the things that were wrong on this stay will be fixed in the future.

It was just OK. We are on a 2 week vacation traveling through many states with our family of 6 and usually stay at Holiday Inn. We decided to try this hotel and it wasn't as comfortable as we've been experiencing with the other hotels. The floors were dirty in our room. The a/c was noisy, making a crackling sound the entire time. It was either hot or cold in the room and humid even with the air conditioning on. The pull out bed needed a new sheet because it had crumbs and hair on it when we pulled it out. The only major pro was the room was huge and it had a fridge and small kitchen. The beds were comfortable too. The price was comparable to what we have been paying. We didn't try the breakfast. I think we will stick with Holiday Inns going forward.

Location was good, and front desk staff was nice. The room was the big apartment style. The rooms were very noisy with hall noise and we had a room on the second floor right about the entrance. It was super noisy. Constant people talking and the sound of suitcases rolling. The beds were comfortable but the room was NOT clean. The stove top was disgusting and the bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped, as a previous guest had hung a command strip in the shower and the plastic and paper backings were still on the floor. The living room floor was also not swept as there were crumbs around the room. The hair dryer was also missing. The breakfast buffet was one of the worst that I have ever seen. The only options were eggs, biscuits and what appeared to be corned beef hash (which no one was eating). Which meant a trip though a drive through after checking out. When checking out and showing the front desk lady the pics of the room, she informed me that other rooms (229 I remember for sure) had also not been properly cleaned and pictures were shown. She offered me the managers card and IHG points. When we come back down to Tallahassee, I will be choosing a different hotel.

This is truly home away from home. Anywhere I travel to, if there is a Staybridge that is where I go. Friendly faces, always smiling, very attentive, and the facilities are clean and smell great. The breakfast is a real breakfast. Not just some hard pastries and OJ. It’s real breakfast. Their social hour Monday - Wednesday is awesome too. The beds are the most comfortable and the rooms are like little studio apartments. I could honestly live here. Choose the Staybridge next time your traveling. You will not regret it!

overcharged for extended stay after our home flooded October 31st, 2023, smelled strong of weed in hallways, things removed from secured guest storage unit ||||This is not something I like to do but THEFT, COVERING FOR A SEX OFFENDER, TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OUR FAMILY BEING AN INSURANCE FLOOD CUSTOMER AND CHARGE US DOUBLE THE RATE LISTED with promise to fix and never did. I wrote the letter in review back in April to bring the theft of every piece of clothing I had in the guest storage closet, Christmas decorations never returned that were taken from our guest storage closet and used to decorate the lobby while we were there and THE WORSE, they stole from my 19 year old. We gave my son for Christmas while staying there a lighting kit which was stolen from the closet and a camera he used his own money saved to purchased for his videography business when he was 17 years old. They never responded to the message below however, I spoke with the founder who was very kind and gave me advice on how to proceed to get this expedited only to find out he still works with them in a different role. I spoke to the owner of the local franchise who told me he would have his insurance company call me and we could work out getting things taken care of that was stolen and he would address management team and person who stole our things. Again, steal from me but DO NOT STEAL FROM A 19 YEAR OLD BUSINESS OWNER who paid with the one camera and lenses with his own money. He refuses to return my phone calls now and the investigator on the case was unable to get the housekeeper to talk, she requested time for her to find an attorney to be present. This girl admitted to management and staff and witnesses spoke up from the hotel who saw her take the things. Management has since threw away documents of complaints from customers and other paperwork with people's handwritten credit card information on them per a witness, the new hotel GM Jason falsified information to the investigator and said he was familiar with my case yet he never once came out to address our concerns when we came by to get out things after leaving which is included in the below. I spoke only to the GF Manager Joe, Jason aggressively came at my husband and I when staff made him aware we wanted to discuss our things being stolen. Here is the letter I mentioned above written to all involved. Not one person from theses companies have reached out and the ones I mentioned above I spoke to was from someone giving me their phone numbers and the only one who will still respond but hasn't provided assistance with things getting resolved. Owner of this hotel, Will, is avoiding my calls and did not do what he said he would do to resolve it. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received during our recent three-month stay at your establishment, my family and I trusted your establishment to provide a safe and comfortable home while we were displaced from our house. However, we experienced numerous issues that left us feeling uncomfortable and taken advantage of. Not only were we moved five different times due to smoke infiltrating non-smoking areas, but we were also displeased to find that our personal belongings were rummaged through and stolen from a supposedly secure storage closet. In addition to these unacceptable inconveniences, we were extremely disappointed to learn that we had been taken advantage of financially. We informed management and all team members that could help us resolve it. No one has resolved any, being overcharged for extended stay, personal guest storage closets rummage through, smell of weed in hallways we brought to their attention. A hotel team member pointed out the discrepancy between the rates listed online versus the rate we were being charged, and we realized we were paying a much higher rate for a smaller room. I have documentation showing that the rate at that time was $169 per night and we were being charged $7,000 per month to stay. This blatant overcharging and taking advantage of our situation only added to the stress and burden we were feeling during this difficult time. I am also writing to express my frustration and disappointment of the events that transpired this past weekend, when my family and I attempted to retrieve our belongings after staying at your place for three months. We had tried to retrieve our things by calling to set up a time to come by and did not receive any response, so we went there and asked your staff about retrieving our belongings. One of your staff members, a gentleman who was aware that our belongings were to be untouched until we had a place to store them, was kind enough to assist me in retrieving some of my summer clothing and dresses. However, when I opened my personal closet to retrieve my clothing, I found that every piece of my summer clothing and dresses were gone and random things had been placed inside. In addition, I found someone else's personal financial documents and account information in a cooler mixed in with our personal belongings. This is a severe breach of that person's confidentiality and privacy. I brought this issue to the attention of your management, but they were unresponsive and not helpful. When I asked them to address the issue, they told me to leave. When I informed them of the additional things that were taken, random items placed in a supposedly secure storage, and someone else's confidential documents in my closet, the new GM who I had not seen before came at us very aggressive when my husband came in to question the Representative on why I was being laughed at and told I couldn't do anything about my things. The new GM Jason had either been informed or overheard me discussing this by the office door with the team manager and told us to leave and not come back. I requested something in writing stating I could retrieve the rest of my belongings at a later time, but they would not provide it, instead, the new GM Jason became even more aggressive when we would not just go away leaving our things behind so he called the police. I stayed inside and waited and my husband went to the truck to wait. The next day, we were able to retrieve our things with a police escort after the new GM filed a trespassing order against us. However, no one from this establishment has addressed our concerns about being overcharged or the issues with our personal belongings, which were supposed to be kept safe. This experience has left us feeling completely violated and disrespected, and we strongly urge your staff to address these issues promptly. I strongly urge your staff to take the necessary steps to rectify these issues and to improve your customer service and financial transparency for future guests. I hope that you will take these concerns seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that future guests do not experience similar difficulties and take appropriate steps to ensure that future guests are not treated in the same disrespectful and unprofessional manner and their personal belongings are not violated. This place is great! We stay every time we head to South Florida. We usually get a suite as we have two small children. The suite really feels like a one bedroom apartment. Tons of space! It’s always clean, and I kid you not, every single staff member I have interacted with has been extremely pleasant. Like above and beyond professional courtesy. It even has amenities that you wouldn’t see in a normal hotel, in addition to a pool and workout room, it has a basketball court and a small lake on the property with a boardwalk out to a gazebo in the middle of the lake. The one downside is there are almost no other establishments around it in the immediate area. This is nice on one hand because it really feels safe and secluded, but kind of a pain if you don’t arrive at the hotel with a plan about food. There are plenty of options a few exits west on I 10, so if you plan ahead or use a delivery service you should be fine. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Beautiful grounds, descent rooms and terrible service. The grounds outdoors is beautiful with the lake, grass and wooden bridge. There are turtles and geese on the lake. This is very nice for a road side hotel. Rooms are big and has a full kitchen with stove and dishwasher. The king size mattress was very old and uncomfortable. Room was dirty. Fabric couch and chair were full of hair and the floor hadn’t been cleaned either. Very basic hotel and ideal if you are traveling with pets in which I wasn’t. The curtains in the room were ripped and torn. The hallways and elevators had an overwhelming smell of synthetic cleaning products. The smell was mixed with food smell and it was unbearable. |Front desk service was terrible. The young woman working there couldn’t be bothered to stop texting when I approached asking for a trolley so I could get my bags upstairs. She said she didn’t know where the trollers were so I would have to go looking for one in the hallways. I had just gotten there. Finally got an older employee to help me but I had to complain first. |It’s a crash for the night place with a lake outside. I still can’t believe the awful smell in the elevators and hallways. Thankfully the room did not have any unpleasant smells.
