Staybridge Suites Orlando Airport South, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Orlando - 7450 Augusta National Dr, USA

The suite itself is very well equipped and the front desk customer service was very good. In terms of value for money, really can't fault it. Only minor gripe was that having booked for 4 to stay we had to search the room for bedding to make up the bed settee. Not a massive issue but when it's late and you've travelled all day it would have been nice to have found the bed ready made like in other places we've stayed. Breakfast is self service but pretty decent. Shuttle buses are on demand so you need to phone on arrival.

We only stayed one night but it is nicely set up for extended stays. Great breakfast great social hour. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Shout out to the sales manager at the social hour!! She was fantastic and gave us a ton of ideas for our trip.

I’ve stayed at another Staybridge and loved it, but this one needs some work! I never understand why hotel owners don’t make it a priority to keep their rooms updated. This one needs some major updates, from the doors to the bathrooms, it just looks and feels dirty all around. We asked to be moved, but they were sold out. The outside of the hotel is ok. The breakfast is good (they need an extra waffle maker) having just one doesn’t work. The staff is very nice and attentive. If they make the investment it can make a huge difference.

Staff is friendly and the location seems pretty good. We did not get breakfast because the start time is later on the weekends and we had an early flight. Our first room was full of mold and we had to be moved to their last room available. That one was fine but not overly clean. The hot tub is out of order at this time. Hotel is somewhat in need of a facelift but okay overall. Shuttle driver was awesome.

I stayed there in March 2024. It is a suite and a room is so spacious and clean. There is free shuttle from airport directly to the hotel so it is convenient. It is close by some good restaurant and I tried Longhorn steakhouse nearby which is very good. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

Positive: Location is in a nice area very close to the airport. Negative: Hotel was not that clean or well maintained. My 1st room was full of mold and I had to be moved to another room. Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast on weekends startes rather late at 7:30 am. so if you have an early flight you will miss it.

I was really impressed with this hotel. The property was conveniently located by the airport, free shuttle, the room was extremely clean, beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. Totally exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was really good. I was skeptical because I usually prefer Embassy Suites, but that's over. You guys have gained a new loyal customer.

Positive: Our room suite felt like a one bedroom apartment! So spacious, comfortable, and felt like we were hanging out at a home! Good breakfast, nice pool, good coffee, accommodating staff, close to the airport, good shuttle service, clean, DOVE products, etc. Negative: Nope
