Stayed here with husband, mom niece and child. Lots of room for all of us. Super clean place. The gym was really nice. Lots of construction and unable to use the front enterance the morning we left making us have to go over a huge wall, not really the safest.. also fyi the pool is a little cold but some of our group enjoyed it. I would say the pool area needs a bit of an upgrade. All in all though i really liked this hotel for the amount of rooms the cleanliness and the updates in room . Would stay here again. Great location with lots of restaurants in the area

This hotel is ideal for the location and kitchenette (for extended stays) — that’s it. Recently stayed for two, one-week work conferences and my visits were mediocre. The renovation was going on the whole time which was a minor inconvenience but totally understandable. The worst part of my first two stays was my trash not being taken out and utensils/glassware being different in every room so you never know what will/wont be available for your cooking needs. During my current two week stay, a big wind storm hit Omaha and we lost power which is totally understandable. However, after partial restoration of the power, many rooms were still without AC/majority of electricity. Again, somewhat understandable. My issue arises from getting different answers from every worker, inability to figure out room availability, and being moved to a dirty room. After two evenings without AC or lights in my room, I requested a room switch. I spoke to housekeeping and a gentleman at the front desk — both of which assured me a room would be cleaned for me to move to after work but asked me to bring any extra towels as they don’t have a working washer and dryer. Although I was only provided two towels to begin with, I packed all of my belongings after work and one used towel to move rooms. Once I got to my “freshly cleaned room”, I was meet with a dirty room. The sheets weren’t cleaned, bed wasn’t made, trash wasn’t taken out, the room was untouched. I understand emergencies happen after storms, but this is very unprofessional. I will not be returning. (Note: I am thankful for Brie at the front desk for tracking down a clean sheet for me to make my own bed, she’s been godsent and helpful throughout this whole process)

We stayed here three nights and had a wonderful experience. The outdoor seating area and snack bar offered in the evenings was a nice feature. Pool area was a good size and our room offered a kitchen and living room area separate from the bedroom which was a big plus. Staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend if you're in the area.

If i could give zero stars i would. House keeping is non existent. Been 2 weeks since ive had a cleaning. Never have towels. Go to front desk and they dont have any. Trash is never taken out unless I complain. Bed is never made. Floor is never vacuumed, or swept again unless I complain. Circuit breakers are always tripping leaving room with out power. Renovation going on which is understandable but all amenities that this place offers doesnt work. Social is cancelled- excuse- oven went out. Washer dryers dont work- excuse- we are working on that. Power goes out- excuse- we have been having problems with that. Air conditioner will not cool room below 85degrees- excuse- its hot out. Room not cleaned- excuse- having trouble with house keepers, computer system not working. Dont have clean towels- excuse- they dont have enough towels and washers are broke down. Im sorry but when only 3 of the 4 floors are rented there should be extra towels available. I had to go buy a knife and a skillet to use the kitchenette for dinner. The knife wouldnt even cut a muffin in half. No skillete to even use. Excuse after excuse after excuse with this place. Only thing I get is “Sorry” I will look into it. Paying a premium for this stay and have had way better service at Motel 6, Super 8, the less budget hotels. This place needs to get their act together. Not talking about the renovations, talking about everything else.

Terrible customer service and management. I booked a room same day directly with the hotel, I am also a IHG member. Upon checkin I was given a room from a noticeably high front desk agent. I checked in around 4 pm. When I went to my room, I realised it was a handicap room. I checked website and they had non accessible rooms available for booking so I was confused. I inquired with the high front desk agent, and after an astonishingly stupid conversation - we decided I would go to the other staysuites in Omaha which is a beautiful and wonderful property (located on 2720 oak drive, about 15 mins away). I followed up with the GM John. Just like his employees, he is a bit incompetent and did no research before reaching out. These things happen, just don’t make the same mistake I did!

I recently endured a horrendous 7-day stay at this hotel in Omaha. The property is currently undergoing renovations, and it severely impacted our stay. Our room’s electrical breaker malfunctioned daily, leaving us without lights multiple times. Housekeeping was nearly non-existent, only showing up twice during our entire week-long stay.||We had to go to the front desk for towels, which were often unavailable, and we had to empty the garbage ourselves. The utensils in the room were filthy, with visible food stains, and the overall cleanliness of the room was deplorable.||The hotel is clearly struggling with housekeeping staffing issues and the ongoing renovations are making things worse. I strongly advise waiting until they resolve these problems before considering a stay here.

If there’s any reviews you should listen to it’s this one, I had to travel for medical appointments so I booked my stay there for TWO weeks and all I can say is I would book another two weeks there anytime I am back in town. They were beyond kind and professional from the moment I checked in, their entire key system was down when I was there and even with that hiccup they managed it well and made sure everyone was accommodated and got into their rooms anytime they needed to, I also had my two large dogs with me and they have a very cute private courtyard in the back with chairs and a grill, they had a social gathering Mon-Wed with free food and snacks welcome to everyone to just come down and much on or take up to their room, the breakfast was always super good and filling as well. Seriously can’t express how much I loved my room and how nice every single worker was to me and my dogs during my stay, from the cleaning crew to the breakfast crew to the entire front desk staff. 5 stars isn’t enough for me to rate them.

At check-in, they have a very nice clean lobby. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and getting to the room, I noticed a fragrance that I had smelled before but didn't remember where I had smelled it at. Getting into the room, the room was decently clean. Later on in the night I noticed that there was something on the wall, and the closer I got to it I realized that it was a roach. I quickly took care of the bug but got to thinking about the fragrance in the hallway. It was a insecticide smell. We also went down to the pool area and there was a very strong chlorine odor. The floor around the pool needed a lot of work and you could tell that the pool needed a lot of work. We were also woken up by construction workers working on the floor directly above us at 8:30 in the morning. Overall for the price I would recommend staying somewhere else.
