Staybridge Suites Nashville - Franklin, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Franklin - 3601 Mallory Ln, USA

Very pleased with our stay. Hotel is in safe location next to a Hyatt and near a Walmart, Sam's Club, and numerous eating establishments. Hotel is very well maintained and public areas and our room were clean and inviting. We had a 1-bedroom suite which was large and well furnished. The king bed was comfortable and had numerous pillows. Breakfast was very good with waffles, yogurts & 4 different fruit toppings, eggs, potatoes, etc. Only negatives were I couldn't get the business center printer to work and our Platinum status wasn't recognized at check-in. We did not use the pool or fitness center.

My kids and I loved our stay at this hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast and how fast she delivered. The front desk Morning and night was so helpful. The bed was soft and they have a kitchenette with all the utensils on hand. I will most definitely booking again. For the summer. That’s you guys, I’ll most definitely be letting other know about this hotel.🥰

Positive: The room was generally really nice and there was a wide selection of breakfast items. Negative: Due to the geometry of the suite and the way the bed and sofa are placed, the TV placement was a not so great compromise that requires viewing at an oblique angle. Getting into and out of the hotel parking lot is slightly on the confusing side.

Work trip again. Out to west coast from east first nights stay off our company IHG app. It was packed yet quiet. Overall good night great breakfast and definitely recommend

The front staff was polite and engaging. The room was clean and neat - with all of the amenities in the kitchen. I didn't have to go out for ice! The shower was sparkling clean and so nice. But I gotta say I was really impressed with the wide halls. Plenty of room to navigate with luggage, even if someone else was coming the other way. Great wifi (no drops or lags), good food, great stay. Thanks!!

One of the best stays! Very clean, super comfortable beds. Javier the general manager was amazing, did more then aGM does, visible to guests! Sam, the guest check in person went over and beyond helping us. So friendly and helpful. I don’t know the name of the breakfast young man but he too was super . He knew very little English but had a translator app And communicated very well. Kept the area totally stocked ands clean. Highly recommend this place!

awful recent experience from check in to check out . And today friday discovered I was billed not once but twice for two different amounts . Called FD during working hours and given the run around with FD apparently they magically don't have sales or MOD in addition to maintenance and it shows. Update: hotel reversesd and refund $250 its amazing how when I was falsely accused but my Video 📹evidence I took gave me justice and cleared me as This was their fault not mine as to what so caused their water whatever. Also : if u book at Government rate unless u have *orders* they will try and give u like a higher price like almost $100 more , just walk away and go further south to Holiday Inn express Berry Farms better experience. Shameful behavior . Keep that in mind folks ! if u do decided to stay here !
