Staybridge Suites Milwaukee West-Oconomowoc, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Oconomowoc - 1141 Blue Ribbon Dr, USA

I travel a lot for work and come here often. This is my go to, the breakfast is good as well as the dining area. Space is limited with tables but the set up is nice with a sectional to watch thr big screen with friends/family. The location is great for my work and prices are excellent, especially compared to what is around and what you get. AND...and...as far as I know, they are the only ones with a hot tub :D. We did have one minor issue this last trip but they gave no issues with making it right and it was great. The place is very homely but stylish too, very comfortable and the staff are cool.

Nice room with kitchenette, comfortable bed, nice shower, though the rooms are starting to show their age a bit. The worst part is the internet service. My laptop connected the first night and it was extremely slow. I was never able to connect again after that (5 night stay). Basically had no Internet at all.

Check in staff was friendly. Room.was fine, except furniture could be more comfortable. Staff member kept changing channels on TV and turning up volume when I was standing next to it. Pool area was great. Laundry ok, but took forever to dry clothes.

James should not be working there. My sisters wedding party were mostly staying at this hotel and James did everything possible to ruin it. Over the phone this man was extremely disrespectful and his behavior was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. Over the phone James needed verification to allow my bf to get a room pass… while doing his job he said to me “the smarter thing for you would’ve been to leave a key behind”, this was while I was dealing with wedding rehearsal…not only was he extremely unprofessional but he actually picked me out of the lobby to say “I recognize that voice”, meaning my voice. This place felt more like a prison with how much we were chaperoned. He got joy out of being in charge and ruining the entire night. He kept picking at things to start a fight not only with our group but every other group in the lobby/pool area. There will be more complaints and reviews strictly because of James. If he is the person you leave in charge overnight, I would never ever recommend anyone staying here for their safety and respect. Absolutely terrible service and the bride should not have gone through that at the expense of this man you hired.

My husband and I chose this place last minute for a stay without our children. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, you don't always get a hot tub at a hotel! We had a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed here in a Sunday night and the hotel was very quiet and clean. We used the pool 2x and both times the kids enjoyed it very much. Breakfast in the morning was excellent as usual at ihg. We had waffles and cereal, and enjoyed bagels also. Everything was very nice, and the staff were friendly to all the needs of the children.

Nice hotel, homey feel and most important clean room and bathroom. Dove soap and shampoo/conditioner was a plus. Front desk check in was easy as was check out. Free breakfast is always appreciated

We stayed in Oconomowoc to go to a birthday party for my son's girlfriend. I had to prepare some trays and dip to take to their place and the kitchen was very accommodating. The room had a great space for kitchen, living, bed and bathroom. The bed and pillows were amazing! I loved the comfort of the total experience. The courtyard was very nice and breakfast was a plus! I felt like we were on a vacation and wished we could have stayed longer.
