Unfortunately, I will not be staying at this hotel again and will recommend to others that they stay elsewhere. I booked a 2 bedroom suite for my family. One bedroom with a king bed, one with a queen bed. Separate living room and kitchen area. This was on January 27th. When we arrived check in was pleasant and friendly. We went to our suite, opened the door to find they had put us in a regular hotel room with two double beds. Not our suite I reserved. Long story short, the visit was horrible. They put us in two other rooms after that mix up. Both were filthy. Food smeared on the fridge doors, food splattered on the ceilings and walls. Tiles from the floor coming off, tv not working. We never did get our suite. They compensated by not charging us, but the damage was done. The next morning at the front desk, the young woman was rude and incompetent. Could not print me a receipt even though I was told I could get one. Her attitude was terrible....basically a college kid that seemed hung over or just could care less about customers. I will never stay here again. Hilton is running circles around IHG.

Over the weekend, I witnessed unjust treatment of a mother, young daughter and the child’s birthday party guests. I must say I am utterly disappointed with the way they were treated by the female staff working that evening. I seen a mother managing children just fine. They were respectful of the hotel's rules. However, the staff's decision to make them leave and the way they did it was unfair and insensitive. The mother was then rightfully upset. I understand the importance of maintaining a peaceful environment for all guests, but the way this situation was handled was completely unjust. The mother was never given any warning from what I recall before being asked to vacate the premises. It was heartbreaking watching the children have to leave. This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I would caution anyone with children looking for a family-friendly place to stay to reconsider this hotel. Their lack of understanding and compassion for the mother, young daughter and all the other children there to celebrate is truly disappointing.

Stayed 3 nights while landlord repaired aptmnt. 2 bedroom suite. Was stunned and thrilled at the affordability compared to what most hotels would charge for similar. May not sound like much, but daughter and I really enjoyed the central AC on the two hottest days of the year. Enjoyed the breakfast buffett, and just generally gave ourselves permission to pamper ourselves for 3 days for considerably less than I would have expected. We both thoroughly enjoyed the 'staycation' while landlord repaired our apartment.

As mentioned, the beds were comfortable. Pillow selection was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable overall. Location was nice and there was adequate free parking. It was well lit and we felt safe. We were put in accessible room, which had not been requested, and as of the night we arrived, there were no other rooms to move to. Accessibility in and of itself is fine, except this left us with no bathroom counter space at all and a mirror in the bathroom that was so short we couldn't even see our heads to get ready. :) I have back problems, so by the time I would stoop or squat to get ready, my back would be hurting pretty bad. They did not have any other room available the night we checked in and did not make any offers to move us during our 5-day stay. The shower head dripped loudly non-stop, which made it difficult to fall asleep even when the bathroom door was shut. I'm sure housekeeping noticed the drip; as it appeared to have been going on for quite a while (water was standing all in the floor when we arrived and stayed there the entire time unless we folded towels and placed it near the shower to soak up the water) and it was a constant, loud drip.

I stayed here at the beginning of September. Shortly after unpacking in the room, we realized that the frig wasn't working. We brought it to attention of the staff that day, the following, and the day after that. By the time we had checked out on the fourth day, the frig still hadn't been either repaired or replaced, and we had not been offered the chance to change rooms either. After returning home, I called hoping to speak to the manager about my experience and hoping to some way rectify the situation. After not hearing back after a week, I tried again. It has now been over a month since my stay and I still have not heard anything back from the hotel or management. The hotel is in a good location, but having a functional kitchen was a major draw and without it there are few reasons to spend the extra money on this hotel when there are other hotels in the area that are significantly less expensive.

I recently attended a birthday party here that my friend had booked for her daughter. The party room was reserved with the front desk staff member, Katy, who initially assured us that we could use the space for the entire evening with an additional $50 fee. Surprisingly, before 9 pm, Katy abruptly asked my friend to leave with the children, citing a noise complaint that allegedly led to the police being called for the 10-12 year olds. My friend, unaware of the situation until almost an hour later, was stunned when she approached the desk for some towels. The staff member was well aware that this was a children’s birthday party and had mentioned quiet hours starting at 10 pm. However, during the 45 minutes we were in the room from 6:15 to 7 pm, the children were quietly seated at tables for cake and pizza. Despite the nearby loud staff party with a DJ, our concerns were overlooked, and my friend was asked to leave the property with all 9 girls at 9:45 pm. Not only did she have to deal with the distressing situation, but she was also charged nearly $500, far exceeding the agreed-upon charges at check-in. This entire incident left the young girls in tears and a bit traumatized, casting a regrettable shadow over what should have been a joyful celebration. It is truly disappointing how this establishment failed to deliver on its promise of being a family-friendly environment. I have lost trust in their services and will not be returning.

Road noise was bad. Room was noisy. Dated furnishings in the room and worn. Carpet felt old and dirty. Basketball courts net was torn. Workout room is dated and not much for an offering. Laundry are is connected to the workout room and you have to walk through the work out room to get to the pool. Parking was great under the hotel but at times smelled like sewer. Pictures are just a quick snap shot of my room and I didn’t even take picture with of some of the worst stuff. No USB chargers in the room plan for that. I won’t be staying again here.

The location of this hotel is great, and even though I had a few out of the ordinary requests, the staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to assist me. The outside living area is awesome and the poolhouse/spa is a really great building (and open 24/7). The dove products they put in the shower dispensers are much better than the normal ones that are in other IHG hotels.

Nice paved paths. Lots of wild life. Small creeks & decent view of the river. There were a lot of places on the path without a map. 2/3rd of the way around the trial there is public restrooms & a place to get cold water.

Always a nice little stroll. Small field for soccer and a boardwalk to the adjacent plaza is pleasant for bird watching and ends at a small playground with basketball and volleyball courts.

Cute little coffee shop with a small dining area and drive through. They have a program where if you scan a QR code and upload a photo, they will donate a meal to the local food pantry - I love that so much! They can even make your favorite candy bar
