Staybridge Suites Little Rock - Medical Center, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Little Rock - 1020 S University Ave, USA

Very nice rooms! We stayed in a suite on the 4th floor; 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and living area. It was very spacious and accommodating for our family of 5 plus our dog. 3 stars for service due to the breakfast experience. While there is plenty of seating, there is only 1 toaster and 1 waffle iron. Due to the number of guests, the waffle iron and toaster were both a 15 minute wait! Only alternatives were cold cereal, sausage patties, or these egg and cheese turnover things. Considering how nice the hotel is, the breakfast needs a serious upgrade!

Cons: ||1) No fan in bathroom...that's something that has to be included in any modern hotel.||2) Sofa bed was only a twin size mattress...should be at least a full size. ||3) Breakfast was lacking for what I've come to expect from a Staybridge.||4) No toilet lid...strange||5) Homeless camp next door in the empty space by the interstate exit. While they did not cause an issue while we were on site, they were in very near proximity of the hotel during the evening and early morning hours (begging and such). ||||Pros:||1) Bed was nice.||2) Bedroom suite was roomy.||3) HVAC worked very well as it was warm and humid the few days we were there.||4) Water pressure in shower was good.||5) Very convenient location for access to downtown and entertainment areas.||6) Carpet in the room was nice.||7) Overall very clean.||||I would stay at this location again. Guest safety should be the primary concern so the homeless camp needs to be addressed immediately due to the issues it could result in.

I recommend you do not utilize this establishment for your personal or professional travel needs. The front desk associate as well as the front desk manager(Amanda) are both extremely disrespectful and unprofessional Employees. The overall business dealings with this establishment were considered fraudulent, especially in their billing practices. They do not possess a customer mentality. I will definitely utilize different lodging moving forward.

Rooms are nice but the garbage disposal in our room didn't work properly. It kept tripping the breaker. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and moved everytime you touched the handle. King size bed was nice but the location on the bathroom is in the bedroom so if with others, they need to walk through to use the bathroom. AC unit did sound like trains running in the backyard at night. Our first morning, we asked the breakfast attendant a question and got a deer in the headlight look as our response. Turned out that the attendant does not speak or understands English. I saw another guest get frustrated with her when he was asking about the types of cereal that was offered.

We were here a week due to outpatient spine surgery for my husband. This was the perfect choice for us. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Felt welcomed and comfortable. Great breakfast and surprise treats 3 week nights.

When I walked into my suit i was blown away. Fully loaded kitchen, full size fridge,stove,dishwasher,garbage disposal,a bar island,living room, a separate bedroom , dove shampoo and all the works. They even have pots and pans,can opener,toaster,ice tea jug, then u go outside and they have a smoking area and then in the middle they have a gas fire pit with pillows around the sitting area ,then they have on the other side 2,grills and 2 outside TV one on each side and these are Nice grills with sinks and everything. In the lobby they have a very good selection of food healthy foods too and drinks. I absolutely love it here!! First time staying I'll be here all week!

The management during my stay was harassung us with calling the police due to an unforeseen emergency event that caused us to miss the check out time. They shut off the ac, and disabled the room cards. We had to pay an additional day due to their lack of understanding and sympathy. Location was not ideal as there were several homeless people within a couple hundred feet of our bedroom window. Did not feel safe!

Amanda is rude!!!! This place is falling apart. Shower door doesnt stay closed. Kitchen faucet falling off. Mold on the vent. Bathroom light half lite. Toilet not secure. Ice maker broken but yet they want to charge $137 a night. There are 2 ladies with long hair at front desk that are great. Amanda needs to be terminated. Many complaints about her on these reviews. Very unptofessional. Sames goes for the general manager guy. Very unprofessional and doesnt care to listen to your issue. Called IHG and they did nothing. Actually heard ftom four different people and they all had a different response. I will never stay again.
