I love this hotel! The staff is always warm and friendly and the lobby is a very inviting space. There was a hot cocoa station near check-in which gave this Staybridge Suites a real down home feel! I loved my clean room and the hotel amenities like Dove soap products and Angel Soft Tissue! The hot breakfast buffet was stellar and the choices changed daily which made breakfast a new and exciting opportunity every morning! I will be back over and over again!!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They provided all information needed and were extremely helpful. The lounge area was very homey. They offered a hot chocolate bar which I thought was the perfect touch. The only complaint was our room could have been cleaner and updated. I would definitely stay again and hope for a cleaner room next time.

Amazing hotel! I came in without reservations and Nathalie in the front desk was so sweet. She helped me right away and was friendly. The hotel was beautiful and most importantly, it was clean, and I mean clean. The food was delicious and I felt welcomed. I loved everything about it and will be coming back. Definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough about the staff here. They are amazing, friendly, and welcoming! We’ve stayed here in the past but it’s been a while but some of the same staff from our last visit was still there and remembered us. It was great walking in after a long day of driving to friendly and familiar staff who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as they could. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I even recommended it to my coworkers and now this is where they choose to stay when in town for business. 5/5, 10/10 all of the stars

5-star beds...yeah!! Lots of outlets and charging ports. Very good lighting. New sofa...yeah!! Welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Good breakfast options, including dark roast coffee, a rare treat for me! On-screen TV guide with many channels. I will definitely return.

Excellent service all around. Nice location in a quiet section of town. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The reception and kitchen staff were excellent. Ms. Jeanae in the kitchen (evening social) is a case study in great customer service. She treated each guest special, including children and those with special diets. Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here about 7 years ago and went out of our way to make sure we booked here again for our trip this year. You can tell how much care and pride has gone into maintaining the rooms and property to the highest standards. While the decor and fixtures haven't been updated much if at all since we've been, everything has a feel of just recently completing a major renovation because of how well it is maintained. The lobby and common areas are sharp but still have a cozy and warm atmosphere. Whether you're going for a long weekend as a couple or family, or an extended business trip this place is worth the minimal extra few dollars you'll spend on your reservation compared to some of the local competitors. We had a handicap accessible room and while everything was accessible from a wheel chair position, the shower only had grab bars in the low/seated position and the tub itself was a regular basin. So if you are in a wheel chair full time, keep this in mind for transferring purposes, but if you have moderate mobility and use a combination of mobility aids, you may need to coordinate further with reception. 10/10 highly recommend and we will always stay here when coming to the area.

Hidden gem for sure. Clean quiet and comfortable for long stays. The staff will greet you by name at the end of a long day. The front desk team is always cheerful and smiling.
