Staybridge Suites Jackson, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Ridgeland - 801 Ridgewood Rd, USA

The hotel is a Hilton extended stay property and it is a great place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beautiful pool and outdoor area as well as a nice indoor lounge space. Breakfast is also included. Dominique at the front desk was incredible. Dominique welcomed a large party of us with kindness and was extremely patient and helpful. She was the best, someone should give her a raise.

I am not a person who normally writes reviews however, after the wonderful experience that I had with the staff at this Staybridge I feel like I want to make sure that people know what a great place this is to stay. I was traveling to NOLA and needed a place to stay for the night. The GM, Ms. Jessica went above and beyond to make our entire experience great. I am a Hilton honors member and there is a Hilton standard that we have grown to appreciate , the customer service was exemplary. Ms. Chris at the front desk and Ms. Dominique each went out of their way to ensure that our family was great. I’m not sure who will read this but if you choose this hotel, you will be extremely pleased. Thanks for a great stay and if we’re ever in the area we will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was such a nice place. It had a kitchenette, a room with a full bed and bathroom, abotjer room with 2 full beds and a bathroom as well as the living area with a couch that pulled out. We loved the fact it was pet friendly and our dog could stay with us. Nice staff and clean rooms. I know this sounds weird to say but this hotel had the best water pressure (usually hotel water pressure is pretty low). We will definitely be staying at other one of these if given the chance.

Our flight was canceled yesterday following hurricane debby and we needed a comfortable place to stay. This Staybridge did not disappoint. Miss Chris at the front desk was warm and inviting as she assured us that they would take good care of us, and they most certainly did. The GM, Miss Jessica, walked around the lounge area to check in on my family and make sure we were having a great experience. If you are ever in the area or looking for a place to stop, my experience here was a 10/10.

I was moved 3 times and each room had a problem. The 1st room the carpet was wet. We could not stay in that room for the duration of our stay. The 2nd room the air was broken and we couldn’t access the bathroom. They fixed the air but the bathroom door was broken. So we had to be moved again. The third room had someone dirty underwear and socks in our room and the beds were dirty with hair and orange stains. The dirty underwear was not removed from our room. I asked for clean towels and was told no I had to wait the next day. We had no toilet paper. I had to go to the nearest store. I asked for fresh lien and towels. They delivered it and set it on the dirty floor in front of our room door. Only to have two big towels and two medium sizes. We couldn’t take a shower. Didn’t give us anymore it was a four ppl stay. No hand towels. Only to receive $20 off a day just $65 dollars refund. Will not recommend to family and friends. I did not like my stay.

The room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. There was a large red stain on the carpet, stains on the sofa, walls were dirty in bathroom, and around the toilet. Luckily, I had cleaning wipes and was able to clean the bathroom a little. But everyone we interacted with at the front desk was awesome and welcoming. And the hotel was located in an area that didn't seem too bad. We were there for a track meet and didn't have to drive too far each day.

Great place. We had the suite ( Rm 102) which had a king size to the left in s room. Then 2 full size in a room. Each had its own bathroom. Plus living room has a pullout bed I'm couch. Plenty of room. Please book online for cheapest rate. It's worth it.

Update: My husband chose to keep our reservation for when we headed back from vacation. Our experience was much better this time around. I have not called the general manager as I am just getting on to see her response. The breakfast was delicious and coffee good and strong. We slept very well in our cool comfy room! After traveling all day we were exhausted! We had reserved this room several weeks ago and was looking forward to a wonderful night's rest before traveling all day again. There are 7 of us traveling together. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite. There was no room number on our door to tell us which was our room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower amazing!! However, it was so hot in our room! The temp stayed 78 degrees and we did not rest well. We were all soaked in sweat by morning. There was no trash cans in the living room area and not enough towels for all of us. When I went to get extra bath towels, I was given hand towels and told there were no bathtowrls available. Needless to say, not a good experience with our money. The breakfast was alright but definitely not the best hotel breakfast we have had. The coffee, good and strong!! We had already reserved our room for on our way back. We are canceling that reservation and going somewhere else.
