Staybridge Suites IAH Airport East, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Humble - 7195 Will Clayton Pkwy, USA

Our crew stays here a lot while we are working in Houston. (10-15 weeks a year, at least) Don and his staff are absolutely exceptional! Friendly, helpful, and always go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable. The ladies that clean the rooms do an extremely good job, and the rooms are extremely comfortable and equipped. Free laundry with new machines, free dinner on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and a killer breakfast buffet every day are huge benefits as well. The pool always looks beautiful, and the grill area is awesome as well as covered! Hands down one of the best hotels and staff we deal with during our 300 days a year of travel. Can't recommend them enough!

This place feels more like you're visiting family than staying at a hotel. Donald, the general manager is a gem. Our robotics team has stayed here from South Carolina 2 years in a row now and we will from now on anytime my family has to come to or pass through the Houston area. We almost hate to leave tomorrow - they've become like family. It's the most hospitable place I have ever stayed in 62 years! Debbie does an impeccable job with the breakfasts and three times a week the evening dinners are family friendly and like coming home. They employ some very 'special' people and are very gracious and patient with teaching them and having them help. EVERYONE was so kind friendly and polite, and you never felt like you were imposing on anyone by asking for something or needing help. They bent over backwards to help our team of over 20 high school teenagers, mentors, and parents, feeding them one night and allowing us to use a conference room and providing small items we had needed or forgotten to enable us to feed the kids several other nights in a row. We were truly blessed by staying here. I have never ever said that I would miss being at a hotel until now, but we will honestly miss these people. They deserve pay raises, bonuses, and blue ribbons for what they do here to make their guests feel at home and like family. PS: Everything was very neat, tidy, and very clean too! 😊

My flight got canceled, and I had already turned in my rental car. Most hotels don't have shuttles anymore, but since the hotel was at the airport, they came and picked me up. The rooms were so nice and comfortable. I felt like I was at a 4 star hotel. It is a bit pricey at $150 but clean and close to the airport.

Fantastic hotel. Had a pleasurable experience from the moment we checked in until we checked out. |Loved the spacious suites and super comfy beds. Although we had a kitchen, we didn't make use of it other than keeping drinks cool in the fridge. |The bathroom was great and we really loved the full-sized shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided. Since my daughter and I both have thick hair, this was a nice bonus (we always bring our own too). Loved that there was pumpable hand soap too - yay - less waste. |We did not make use of the laundry facilities, but we did make use of the outdoor pool and the firetable - what a great way to end the day. The outdoor area was a definite hit with our group, and every night we stayed at the hotel, after a swim, we sat around the table. |The breakfast was more than adequate, and no one left hungry. The Texas shaped waffles were super cute, and there were always eggs, bacon/sausage, plenty of bagels/bread/muffins, oatmeal/grits, and yogurt with all the toppings. Lots of tea/coffee choices and flavoured creamers, and the kids enjoyed the selection of juices and milk. Plus, the breakfast hours were great so we never felt rushed to get up early to make sure we'd make it there before they ran out of food. ||If I had any complaints at all, it would be that the doors to the hotel room slam quite hard and it's loud but once we knew that, we just made sure not to. Also with the highway/freeway/interstate so close, it was a little loud outside in the evenings - but that's not the hotels fault at all. We felt spoiled by this hotel as the two we stayed in after this we so subpar. |If we are ever back in Houston, we are staying at the Staybridge. It was our favourite place to stay in Texas.

We stayed here for four nights while our HVAC unit was out. Everything was great from the service, food and convenience. This place is a hidden gem for sure. We are Humble locals but if we ever need a place to stay will definitely go back and absolutely recommend to visiting family and friends.

I spent 2 weeks here on buisness, the staff is super friendly, especially Kathy who checked me in at 1am and was as nice and sweet as could be, the room was clean and spacious, the amenities are great, good breakfast every morning, Its close to the airport, shopping and dining. The pool and BBQ area is nice, also has designated smoking areas. My New go to Hotel when I'm in Houston

Our stay was not planned and a last minute necessity due to a canceled flight that proved to be an excellent choice! The staff was very welcoming and accommodated our early check in request. The room was a perfect set up for three adults. We all slept great. Although we left too early to enjoy the breakfast and benefit from the free shuttle service, we enjoyed the taco Tuesday social reception very much! The food was great and we enjoyed visiting with other travelers. I recommend staying at this property.

Chose this location for the last 3 days and 2 nights of our Houston family vacation as it was conveniently located close to the airport. We had to return our rental car so I wanted to be as close as possible. Clean and ample size room for our family of 4. Kitchen was great esp when travelling with young children. Check in and check out was a breeze. Plenty of parking. Had a pretty comfortable stay. Appreciate housekeeping emptying the trash and replacing the towels on our second day. And no I didn’t hear airport noise during our stay.
