So out of all similar hotel which I have stay at. This one has been far more interesting and welcoming. It seems to be a nice fit for a family and individual person. The staff is friendly and helpful. If I have pick this one beats out the Hilton owned similar business. Also breakfast and social hour seem to be a nice hit.
They failed to inform us of their pet friendly rules when we made reservations. Upon arrival, they demanded our dogs entire medical records. If we had known, we could have worked through it. Instead, we were forced to continue driving home. 13 hours of driving was hard, but we did it. We have yet received a refund.
Really nice, reasonably priced accommodations in the Stafford/Sugar Land area. Great breakfast buffet, with nice touches like ceramic plates as opposed to disposable. Full-sized in-room coffee maker to help you get downstairs to the buffet...
This is one of my favorite places to stay with the family in the Houston area. The spacious 2 bedroom suite has been very comfortable for us. The complimentary breakfast is good. Laundry facilities are complimentary. Parking is free and abundant.
Staff is great. Room was clean and smelled great. Air conditioning is cold and unrestricted. Appliances work. Location is very close to lots of shopping and restaurants.
I walked into an warm, inviting and decorated foyer. The front desk clerk was kind and helpful. I arrived later in the evening, so it was quiet throughout. It is rare to walk into a place and know that it is clean by the smell. You can do that here. From the front door to my room I knew it had been cleaned. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I didn't use any of the amenities during this stay but know they were there and operable. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again ifthe need arised.

Great customer service from the time you walk thru the door. Breakfast was great along with waffles n hot coffee. Definitely recommend when you’re in need of a break or visiting town.EW
