My stay at Staybridge suites was a very warm and comforting stay. My housekeeper, Isela was an absolute daily blessing. She made my room inviting to return to after working 10 hour shifts. Not to mention Ms Jacque preparing a complimentary hot meal in the evening. I would highly recommend any short or long term business travels, this is the place to stay! Safe, clean and accommodating.

My family and I have been here for over a month due to the storm. We have had some of the best service while being here. The managers are very polite and welcoming. And what can I say about the cook Ms. Jacque is one of the if not the best cooks here at the hotel. She is a very sweet lady and very nice. I can say I love her playlist of music she plays every day.

I am greeted good morning and welcomed back each day and night. Christina the manager does a great job hiring and managing a great team. This location has made my stay comfortable while my home is in repair. The staff has become part of my family. Everything about it is amazing. The food is very good, house keeping is top notch and the location is convenient. So I hope I don’t miss anyone's name but hats off to Lea, Cheyenne, DeAngelo, Christina, Jacque and the newest front desk person I think is Betty. Sorry if that is incorrect. There is a special house keeping lady too but I can’t remember her name either.

I had an issue with the social evening but they could make it right. The hotel is super clean, they actually clean the floor and the elevators maybe twice or more a day. The room cleaning service is excellent, one of the few hotels where you can walk bare feet and feel the floor squeaky clean. The position is right off the belt 8, so you’re a few minutes from the airport. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around. They have an outdoor pool that also was very clean, the only negative part was that the winter was still kicking back (February 22nd) so I couldn’t enjoy it. Free laundry room with enough machine to get you laundry done without waiting hours for an available one. Room comfortable, quiet and spacious with a big size TV and a generous amount of channel to scroll through.

Room was clean and well kept. Didn't have any issues, and enjoyed my stay. Staff was helpful and courteous. Location has a lot of things in walking distance.

I personally would not recommend this particular hotel. We had booked a night on January 9, 2024 before catching an early flight the next morning. We had confirmation for that night. We arrived at the hotel at 8:45 pm. There was someone checking in ahead of us. As we were waiting Whitney the receptionist welcomed us and then said I have bad news we don’t have any rooms available. She finished with the couple ahead us and told us they had no more rooms. I showed her our reservation number and her answer or us was that the hotel overbooks their rooms to fill them. That this time everyone showed up. I said what? She said she would book us a room at another hotel, reimburse us and pay for the other hotel. She “called” and confirmed we had a room at a comfort suites. We arrive at the address she sent us to. They had no rooms available and had no call from Staybridge suites. We call Whitney and she said I’m sorry I gave you the wrong address. She gave us an address to another comfort suites and lo and behold. They had no rooms available and had received no call from Whitney. So we call her back and she said I’m sorry there isn’t anything I can do for you. So not only giving our confirmed room away she lied to us about calling another hotel. So we were stuck with no room the night before our flight. So be aware even if you have confirmation of a booked room it is not guaranteed. It appears Whitney sent us on a wild goose chase to get us out of the hotel. In all my years of travel I have never been treated this way by any other hotel accommodation.

We haven’t had no power due to Beryl and they were able to accommodate us last minute. They have nice social hour every day.
