Loved our stay here! Service was great and rooms were very clean. We enjoyed shopping and dining in the area. We found an awesome hair salon for our son, Cookie Cutters nearby. Delicious breakfast options. Friendly staff, very helpful. The outside is beautiful as well, bonfire pit and grill! So peaceful. Will stay again 10/10

Conveniently located just south of grand rapids, with easy access to the expressway, staying at this hotel was the ideal location for any activity we planned on our trip. The accommodations were well kept, the hotel staff and the indoor pool / hot tub was a special treat for our children. The hotel is also conveniently located to many shopping / grocery stores, which makes it easy to run out for items either forgotten, or needed to make the stay feel more like home.

This is a very nice hotel! Clean rooms with plenty of space to spread out. Clean and well decorated lobby. The breakfast was great, with both warm and cold options. Comfy beds, too!

Stayed here for four weeks between November and December for work. Biggest complaint is the pillows are horrible. I had neck and upper back pain every day. Only other issue wasn’t with the hotel but with other guest letting their kids run around the breakfast area. Some of them weren’t wearing shoes and were constantly taking food out of the warmers and putting it back. We all know kids are walking infectious waste containers. Please get a handle on that because it’s unsanitary and disgusting. I pay your exorbitant rates, I want the nice, clean breakfast I paid for without having to worry about eating some kids boogers.

Positive: Outdoor space beautiful- loved the fireplaces, tvs and grills. comfortable beds and pillows. Pet friendly, hot breakfasts. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Appreciate the toiletries. Negative: The outdoor space was dirty in the mornings. Garbages overflowing- cans and wine bottle left from the night before.

The room was fresh and very clean. Couch and bed were quite comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and the dining area very spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is quiet - cannot hear hallway noise, elevator, etc... Will definately stay here again when in town.

Very nice IHG property! The patio and pool areas were exemplary- many seating areas on the patio, felt like a resort. The Evening Reception was an unexpected bonus- a fairly extensive mashed potato and salad bar. Breakfast was excellent, with many more offerings than I usually see. Our suite was spacious, well-appointed, both quiet and comfortable. I personally greatly appreciated the walk-in shower as tubs are difficult for me to manage due to a knee issue. I would definitely stay at this property again!

As a rewards member, I particularly like the Staybridge Suites locations for the spacious, homelike rooms and the amenities. This location was no exception. The public spaces were great, the breakfast and social hours were amazing, and the availability of free wi-fi, laundry, and the business center makes travel convenient. My issue with this stay was with the maintenance. In the first room I was in the heating/ac unit did not work, there were loose threads and runs in carpet, I found loose bolts on the floor, and the shelf in the shower was broken. When I turned on the heating/ac unit, it made very loud rattling noises so I turned it back off. However the temp in the room kept climbing and it was uncomfortably warm. I reported it to the front desk, who told me maintenance could look at it in the morning. I check with staff after breakfast, and the front desk said the maintenance person would be in before lunch and look at it. I heard nothing from maintenance or the front desk, so around noon I contacted the front desk again and was told maintenance wasn't coming in. After some back and forth, the front desk person offered me a different room. After switching rooms, I discovered there were some issues in the new room - the knob on the ice maker was broken so it couldn't be turned off, there were some basic amenities missing (towels, laundry basket, bench), and one of the lamps had a burned out bulb. Additionally, there were issues with the hot tub in the pool area. There was some surface debris, the jets barely worked, and it didn't stay on for more than 5 minutes no matter what setting it was on. I was disappointed with this stay, and will likely not return to this location.
