Staybridge Suites Fort Worth - Fossil Creek, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Fort Worth - 6301 N Fwy, USA

I absolutely love this property. A very clean and organized hotel. The manager is on top of everything and very people friendly. Housekeeping does a great job. The amenities such as: complimentary washers and dryers; wonderful variety of breakfast; pool, outdoor grilling and lounging areas; den and social hours are all great and appreciated. Of the items that I think addressing is needed are: More than one computer and a functioning all-in-one printer. Also, double pane (sound reduction) windows are GREATLY needed along the highway 🛣 side of rooms. In addition, it would truly be nice to have some music playing in the lobby. However, this is an wonderful hotel 🏨 to stay in short or long term!

I recently stayed at this location and had an absolutely phenomenal time. Check in took under 2 minutes, the breakfast buffet was fresh with several healthier options, the room was tidy, and the staff was so friendly. I will definitely bring staying here for any future trips to fort worth

This is a nice studio suite hotel. Full size fridge and stove top. Comfortable beds. Nice sized TV. Good social hour with nachos and other appetizers on Monday- Wednesday. The manager and front desk team is very helpful. This is my backup hotel when the Holiday Inn express is full in the fossil creek area.

Our four day stay was comfortable. The breakfast and social hour has variety. Great housekeeping and all the managers and staff are very friendly and polite. We would like to specially thank Alisha, Angeles, Cinthya, Melisa and Alba for making it more comfortable and homely. There are a lot of fast food chains and restaurants nearby.

Alisha at the front desk was very helpful, high 5 to her. The hotel location is OK. The interior of the hotel looks old and outdated. We stayed in a suite 223 or X23 i dont remember 1st number. Restroom shower is Ok, relatively clean. The living room however had issues. some seating chairs had holes in it, couch had a couple of stains and a hole....i guess i am too spoiled with quality so we checked out next day and went to a more upscale and expensive hotel...if you are on a budget and dont mind average quality, holes and small stains here and there this place is for you....

I do like Staybridge Suites a lot. They offer rooms incl. kitchenette usually for a reasonable price. I prefer to have the opportunity to cook my own food if needed. Going out for dinner every night is just to expensive. But since there is a facility manager in house I'd like more things fixed in the rooms. In our room, the aircondition was too loud and some cabinet doors could use maintenance. I really like when things are fixed and don't fall apart when utouch them. Beside that the hotel was what I expected. I do like the social hours though and their breakfast. Although the breakfast in the Staybridge Suites in Greenville, SC is better.

Positive: The location was great. It was near a Walmart and a ton of restaurants. The young lady assisting at breakfast was super friendly and kept up with restocking the food.The morning crew at the front desk were a delight. Housekeeping ladies were a joy as well Negative: The night front desk worker  was the worst. Super rude and not helpful at all. My room wreaked of marijuana and the elevators were filthy. The breakfast was not good at all. It was better to go to one of the local restaurants.Will not return. Negative: ""

I stayed here for a week, the first morning we discovered our restroom ceiling COVERED IN BLACK MOLD and very humid. We had already unpacked for the week and had to call front desk to be moved to a different room. Front desk was very helpful but on our last day I asked if I could do a late check out due to my son having an appointment and they said it would be fine as long as it was before 3pm. I checked out minutes before 3pm and they said they had to charge me another night even if I wasn't going to stay. I did tell them I was given permission to stay that long but they still charged me. I then mentioned the first night stay should be reimbursed due to the HEALTH HAZARD of mold but they still refused. There was also a HUUUUUGE roach in our toilet!
