I had a nice stay here for 2 nights (business travel).|The hotel is conveniently located right next to the freeway. Plenty of restaurants and shops within the area, some which you can walk to such as the strip mall across the street.|Hotel felt brand new and was clean. Free hot breakfast served. Snack bar selling alcohol, snacks, foods, ice cream, etc.|Free parking on premise with plenty of spots.|Spacious and comfortable room. |2 HBO channels on TV.|For the hot breakfast, almond milk was provided for the cereal which was a very nice touch for those with lactose issues and cannot drink regular milk.|Gym had up to 50# dumbbells, treadmills, and functional training machine with a pull up bar.|If I am in the area again I will stay here.

We travel frequently, every few weeks.||When we checked in to the hotel, the front desk guy was nice. We went up to our room where my wife started to unpack our belongings and I went back down to request a crib. I received a text and a phone call from my wife. The dressed had fallen on her body when she opened a drawer. She managed to wriggle out my sustained significant bruising, pain, trauma, etc. I lifted the dresser back up and the tip kit was on the back in the original packaging uninstalled. I attempted to call the front desk for help but the phone was disconnected from the wall. Our toddler was in the room with my wife and I thank God he wasn’t crushed. Our baby was there too. Children have died like this. I had to physically go back to the front desk who didn’t offer medical, ice, etc. they just said they would send housekeeping to reinstall a drawer from the dresser that I couldn’t get back on. My wife was in tears on the couch, so I went back down again to request ice. I then gave my wife the ice and the dresser almost fell again when housekeeping was reinstalling the drawer. At this point, we didn’t feel safe with young kids in the room. Went back down to front desk and they issued a new room key. Went to that room which had two shocked guests bc it was already occupied! So at this point, I’ve made numerous trips physically to the desk bc the phone remains disconnected in the room, my wife is on the couch, wrangling two little ones,repacked our stuff myself and have a luggage cart in the hallway with no actual room. I physically go down AGAIN. Get another room. Go up there. Now I look at the dressers—-these tip kits are also not installed. I physically blocked the dresser with the crib to keep it from tipping on the babies. What a shortcut and cost cutting measure to leave the kits uninstalled. The next day the GM calls and says she will give us some points to make up for this. Let me be clear, we lost the ability to hike on our trip, my wife has to get an MRI and physical therapy now which is very $$$$, and the hotel didn’t even help us move the first night. In case you’re wondering, the points never showed. The GM has a voicemail that stays full. When you call the front desk, never transferred to the GM and just excuses and rude behavior. This doesn’t even include that housekeeping asked me daily to bag my own trash and deliver to them, didn’t refill the empty soap container, etc. still no call back from GM despite my request to the front desk.

From the moment I walked into this facility, I felt welcomed and safe. The nicely, nestled location near all the shopping you can possibly need and cold stone ice cream 😻 To the most spacious rooms, the most comfortable beds and then to wake up to a very full buffet style breakfast. Staff is great! Clean rooms and awesome heated pool. I will definitely stay here again. This is my spot for visiting family in the area 100% recommend.

A nice and cozy hotel. On a clear day, you can see Mount Rainier in the distance which makes for a great view out of your room if you’re on that side of the hotel. The breakfast has a lot of option, both pancakes and waffles, eggs, bacon and/or sausage, fruit. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The surrounding area isn’t the best, but you’ll be close to the Commons and a multitude of restaurants. Located conveniently between Tacoma and Seattle, especially nice to be near the Transit center.

When I booked this hotel I was a little skeptical due to the rating. But the place was very clean and staffs were friendly. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Complementary breakfast was pretty good. They changed the menu every morning. I would revisit this hotel.|My rental car was safe.

New hotel with excellent rooms, very comfortable bed and lovely shower. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Also it is quite close to the airport. Highly recommended. Oh, ask for the high floors with rooms with odd numbers. You'll be able to see Mount Rainier

I love staying at this location and I always felt comfortable here until I ran into one of the staff members who work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.am. between Saturday and Sunday. On two different occasions he has used profanity...while I understand having a ruff day at work there is no need to be unprofessional while your doing your job. I let this certain incident slide and had a small conversation with him and he apologized. Well a few days later he comes out flashing his flash light at my car while I'm gathering my things to go inside. A stayed outside for awhile to smoke my vape. A fee other customers went in and walk right by him without any words....well when I went in he stopped me and asked me did I stay there and what was my name and asked for my i.d. ...I asked him why am I the only person that your stopping...do you ask everyone that comes in here if they have a room and for there i.d. I'm African American and I have been through this type of thing most of my life I just want to be treated like everyone else....let's do better

Great room with kitchenette and staff nice - good layout. Extremely disappointed by the lack of hot water in the building. Couldn’t have a shower the first night due to - no hot water in my room . Next morning - Put in a service request to have it fixed before I came back from work. 7pm - Still no hot water after supposed repair and now no maintenance. Solution? Give me a key to another room in my hallway to have a shower. Can’t move me there as they have another guest coming to stay. Ridiculous. Such a shame. Will be a great place once their issues are fixed.
